Fybabe:Ahhhhh i want those stuff in your banner! I really like the black towel and the arm band!!!I love reading your adventuresthere in Japan!!!It's so nice of you to keep us updated on what you have been up to!
Saw the 2 vds you posted! The first one that guy is funny singing to arashi song and his outfit! And those boys in the park i recognize the song it's one of those Johnny's song!Arashi sung it with Taki and other Johnny's Jr.
Regarding the Johnny's Shop i expect it to be like a big building that full of Johnny's stuff like cds, posters, magazines, etc. Just to find out that it only sell official pictures and you have to line up!
Thanks for posting those lovely pics!
Nacchan:Recognize your sn from applemartini! Just saw the cover cds of one album while i visit applemartini a while ago.
I would like to see that Urajani ep with Uchi&Ryo with that guy in Fybabe video (Need a daily dose of Uchi now since his taking a break! ). Saw the caps before but haven't found the actual video.
About One album well i have to say i prefer their Iza Album!Dunno maybe i need to keep on playing all the songs so i get used to it!Though i like Matsujun but i kinda don't like his solo i really like Ohno's solo the best.

I have a request to make before I sleep. Does anyone have Jun's Iza, Now performance (I think it's La Familia right)? He is always hard to get. If so, could you please upload it for me Danke.
As for the rest, OMH I didn't know Ohno could dance like that... so impressed that I keep watching it.

yeahh i was gonna ask the same as dunadan... because i've been looking for la familia ... cant really find the mp3 anywhere.. the english IS kinda weird... but he is soooooo hot omg, *swooooooooooon*... is that the only solo he has???
i think im going to go and watch some more gokusen or something... or try and find some arashi vids
to everyone i didnt mention.. hi!! _________________
Girls, girls, girls!!! this clip i shot is priceless!!!
i was walking through yoyogi park and it's sooooo awesome and full of talented musician wannebes performing, and i stumbled onto this wacky weirdo... doing an arashi number!!!! check out the middle part till the end... it was soooo damn hard to keep from laughing while filming this...
and there are so many kids practising to dance and probably hoped to get noticed... here are 5 teenage boys practising their very raw dance moves in the park. they been doing this the whole day...
Oh my gosh - you caught 2 amateur Johnny's acts in one day! I didn't realize there were JE wannabes out performing there...A couple of those guys in that second clip, the group doing "Can do, can go" are pretty good at their Johnnys style flipping LOL But the guy singing the Arashi song in the rollerskates and Hikaru Genji shorts is just plain hilarious XD
I'd love to see the clip of him on Urajani that nacchan mentioned...
Anyway, fybabe, thanks for sharing your photos and clips, they're really interesting. Next time I go to Tokyo I have to make more time to look for stuff like this!
I wasn't disappointed with the Johnny's Shop, but then I love looking at all the photos, it's like an art gallery to me XD plus I got some cute stuff there like a Pika*nchi hoodie, DoTsuyo solo con bandana etc. I loved checking out the stalker pics at the Takeshita dori idol shops too. Saw a lot of familiar stuff from looking at Yahoo.jp auctions.
Hello minna ! Another newbie, maybe it's summer doing that. :o
I discovered Arashi by Gokusen : when I made a research about the actors in this dorama, I found this site, and then that the cute actor playing Sawada Shin was in Arashi, and go on...
dunadan & sawadasmile >>> I think I have La Familia in Iza Now ; I will try and upload it if ysi likes me
I'm AjiKan, and i first saw Matsumoto Jun in Kimi wa Petto. I looked him up here on Jdorama.com, and saw that he was in a group! so i looked around and found this thread! Although i found Matsumoto Jun first, my favorite is ninomiya kazunari he's sooooooo kawaaaiiii ^__^. hehe, nice to meet you all!
and @fybabe - You're so lucky you're there! i wish i was

Sorry, haven't been on for a day or two, so this is outdated:
To GELYN:
A few pages back, you asked how my biology teacher knew Matsujun's bloodtype--that's very funny!! Of course, he does not even have a CLUE who Matsujun is!! Sorry for the misunderstanding. Let me clear it up... Actually, it was, like, half a year ago that I came across that information (about Matsujun having a bloodtype of O negative). In the website or article that I read this from, it said that this was a rare bloodtype. Then, since I had biology at the time, and we were in the genetics unit talking about bloodtypes and rhesus factor, I asked my teacher if O negative was a rare bloodtype, and he said it is the rarest only after AB negative. So I thought that was cool that Matsujun had a rare bloodtype, because most people I know have regular/common bloodtypes. Usually in Japanese entertainment (i.e., Johnny's Junior), you will see such information like bloodtype of the celebrity because it's important to the Japanese, I guess. But most of the time everyone's blood type is either A or B!

Sorry! Again this is outdated:
A few pages back there was a discussion on Japanese cult fashion (i.e. Gothic Lolita). I read that and remembered a site I had found interesting on the subject of Japanese cult fashion. Here it is:
Actually, this link will bring you to the page "The Cult of Cuteness". You must scroll down, and keep pressing forward to get to the "Lolita" and "Gothic Lolita" pages. It's rather...interesting. Worth reading, anyway!

actually, the japanese like to classify people's personalities by what their bloodtype is...thats why people ask and its always listed on friends stuff...or idol listings or whatnot...

*sigh* As always, so much to catch up on! I'm sorry for my ridiculously long posts, but I do spend a lot of time going back through the pages and responding. I've been writing this one for the past 2 hours now!
I guess you can call them "Super vio-chan Posts!". Now that I'm regularly particpating in this thread, you guys can probably expect one everyday after I get out of school/wake up.
fybabe: I'm sorry that your trip to Johnny's wasn't what you expected. I hope the concert totally makes up for it! And thanks for all the pics! Your trip is always so great and funny to read about, and I think I wanna take the train home everyday now... XD kaja: Your sig!!! O_O I made a sort of choking noise when I saw it. ^^; Your skills are amazing! ryoko293: And your .gif! ^o^ I just can't get enough of MatsuJun today, can I??? Good job you guys! kougaiji: Thank you for everything and Typhoon Generation! That was one of my missing PVs! himitsu: Thanks for DnoArashi! Shibien: Thanks for even morea Day in Our Life! And your welcome for the other a Day in Our Life, dunadan! ^^
kkl: Wasn't USG hilarious? Here I thought it was just the guys fooling around and having fun in the Australia and then I watch it and it turns out that they were being forced to compete against each other! XD On USG: Ultra Strong Game Australia!
I felt so bad for MatsuJun's team! When Aiba's team lost, they got to go skydiving (which is actually really fun and exhilarating) but when MatsuJun lost, they had the worst transportation EVER. TWICE. I was watching it with my sisters and we were all like, "WTH?" lol, I guess it is partially MatsuJun's fault too for not being able to answer that one quiz question (does anyone know what they were asking?). OMG, I was laughing so hard when I watched that. Poor Poor MatsuJun!
And now to welcome all the newbies! Welcome nacchan! Yay, another lurker comes out into the light! XD Thanks you for all your contributions! It feels like I have the album right here with me! You RadioBlog is really nice too. I'll check it out more while I'm at school tomorrow! And hello M@yareel! I'm a Sawada fan as well. I think Jun's role in Gokusen is doing wonders for the Arashi fanbase. ^^ Thanks for uploading Jun's solo for everyone. If you guys want the others, I know that the uploads that bella-italia have on FileFront still work. You can find ALL of the members' solos on this PAGE, 7 posts from the bottom.
I don't know who mentioned it earlier, but I <3 Ohno's solo too! I keep showing it to my sisters so they can be awed by his moves. Hi Ajikan! You found out from MatsuJun as well? I think we need to start a group or something. Welcome! Yes! And ANOTHER MatsuJun dorama fan joins the thread! Welcome sawadasmile!!!
If you ONLY want the MP3 of Jun's La Familia, then I'll upload it. Douzo!
MatsuJun's Solo - La Familia MP3
It was posted quite some time before (gomen, I can't remember who did it ) but it's probably expired by now.
As for my thoughts on the new ONE album (which I'm still listening to right now) and more about Japanese meaning in blood types (I'm searching for any meaning of MatsuJun's rare type for arashilove and gelyn) I'll save that for my next post. ^_~
[How do you like the new colors with no overall bold? Better? I didn't really like the dark blue, but I'm keeping it for my sig until I can find a banner of my own...]

Hi everybody!
It's been a while since I've had anything substantial to say so I've pretty much just been keeping quiet.
Anyways...I've got a short little story to tell. I was at the mini Japanese shopping centre near where I live today (because my friends wanted melon pan...influence of the anime Yakitate Japan) and as I was searching through the CD singles they had, I found the Sunrise Nippon single! And imagine my surprise when it was only $3 Canadian!
They had two copies. Naturally, I bought one for myself.
But, I'm offering to buy the second one for anyone here who wants it. It's not available on Yesasia or other online places anymore. Plus, it's much cheaper than anywhere else.
So if anyone wants it, PM me and I'll go about getting the second one. There is only one left though so whoever PMs me first would get it.
Naturally, this is not for profit.
Have a good day!
EDIT: Someone's already replied me so please no more PMs. I'll post more if I make any other rare finds. I didn't get a chance to go through all the CDs there.

Hey, hey, since we are both Canadian, I live in Mississauga. Your profile says you live in Markham/Waterloo. Do you know Pacific Mall? If you live in Markham and are Asian, of course you know it as it is a famous Asian mall and a trendy place for youngsters to hang out! Well, I go there, like, maybe four times a year and I'm planning another visit this weekend. If you go there often, or have been there recently, can you tell me if they have any NEWS and/or ARASHI merchandise?! And if yes, in which stores? If you know about P-Mall, I would greatly appreciate any information before I make my trip!
THANK YOU!!

Yep, I'm Chinese and I live in Markham so of course I know about Pacific Mall! It's been a while since I've been to P-Mall though since I live much closer to First Markham Place and they sell pretty much the same things.
The only merchandise I've heard was being sold at P-Mall is doramas. Mostly, any J-pop merchandise that can be found are for female artists like Namie Amuro or Hamasaki Ayu.
First Markham Place has one store that sells the Hero/Hitomi no Naka no Galaxy singles but it's extremely overpriced so I don't know if you want to go there.
On the same street as P-Mall (about 5 minutes carride away), there's a small Japanese shopping centre that sells idol magazines. You may want to check it out. You might be able to find idol mags in P-Mall too but from what I've seen, they mostly only have fashion mags.
Sorry I haven't been much help but feel free to ask me if you have any other questions!
