I know people will want to kill me for saying it, but Matsumoto Jun really is a very lousy actor. The creators of this show must have realized this, because he appropriately stars in this as a bad actor. Yuko Takeuchi is, as always, excellent, but there is absolutely no chemistry between the two. This drama was obviously conceived in a meeting, as some sort of acting musical chairs. They must have sat around pulling names out of a hat, until they realized that every actress has stared with every actor, except for these two. It doesn't work very well. I do have to commend it though for being very watchable anyways; it has a realistic pace to the romance, that keeps building gradually, rather than jumping straight in and then going back and forth like the average drama does. In summary, a horrible idea that's pleasant to watch. |

I'll repeat a lot of what the others said. This was a surprisingly good drama! The acting was a little overdone at times, but the writing was strong. Great pacing, no frustrating cliffhanger endings. The relationships were realistically portrayed. Sure, the leads have done better work elsewhere, but everything came together for a very watchable drama. |

Matsujun sucks as always, but dorama is kinda stupid anyway so it kinda fits there, lol. Whole thing is also kinda unintetionally comical at times but don't get me wrong, I still somehow really liked this. It's lighthearted and fun to watch, and that's good enough for me really (I guess I just like style of this scriptwriter) :). |

i am surprised at how much i like this drama. is simple, direct, outright plot. as simple as I LOVE U and U LOVE ME. can i just say Matsujun is cute as a young boyfriend.
Takenouchi is adorable too. and little UMI! kawaii~~
is a nice drama especially if u are looking for romance story with not much heartbreak scene involved. |

Best english title for a summer romance drama! Watchable, light-hearted and enjoyable. Nothing really sticks out or grabs you with this drama, but it's great to see Takeuchi Yuko back after a few years away, and she's as cute as ever! |

I think that the chemistry between the two wasn't so bad but it's not the best love story I've watched, definetly. Matsu jun plays a bit too often the same type of roles..I would like to see him in a different type of drama. |
