The job of a medical jurisprudence involves a lot of complicated crimes such as murder and accidents. Hikaru (Eri) is a graduate of a medical university, also focused her discipline on neurology. One night during a student reunion, a dead body was found in the kitchen. Hikaru, who is a little regretting that she choose her focus in neurology was moved by another doctor｡ｦs words, ｡ｧDead bodies will not tell us what happened, that is why we have to piece together its last words. | |

It's basicly a dorama about 4 women whos job is to become the voice of dead people and tell us how they died. Each episode deals with a different kind of situation for them to solve and they do this in interesting ways. 3 of the women play the role of forensic medical experts and 1 of the women play the role of a police officer. The relatioship between medicine and law is interesting see and learn about from the characters, as is their personal relationship with eachother too. Quite serious and funny at times, and also quite touching. I learned a lot of things about forensic medicine and dead people that I never knew befor that was interesting. Although i'm not crazy about medical type doramas, this one is a good dorama to watch if you haven't watched it befor. | | Reviewed by Reggie on 18 May 2004 |

The cases are straight forward but the concepts are interesting. However, the decision to create stereotypical characters makes Kira Kira Hikaru all too predictable and disappointing as much as I like Eri Fukatsu and Yasuko Matsuyuki. | | 8. | Comments by marspeach [Rating: 8/10]
Watched it shortly after watching the Kasouken no Onna series. I liked it a little bit better because it felt a little more personal with all the characters. I liked most of the cases better too but the two series are still very similar and I'd recommend both. I especially liked the cop, Tsukiyama. |
