This drama was watched ..June 2008...11 years after it was released.....I gave it an 10+ because I really enjoyed this comedy...It was wild...silly ..and satisfying...really funny and a fun drama to watch...I wanted more....The entertainment of the 90's was the best.....It was also fun to get a glimpse of some of the actors and actresses in their early years.....so refreshing...... |

Disappointing. I really like the first two episodes, they were a lot of fun and had me hanging on Yuji's every move. But after that, the series went a bit flat for me, and when they tried to be serious later on, it just didn't fit, I rather wished they didn't. I thought the support cast were quite good, but Kusanagi, who won an award for his performance, just didn't deliver a real character for me. The whole series only told the story of a single product launch, that was a disappointment as well. I would recommend Okane ga Nai! over this, that was so much better. |

Ii hito is a light-hearted comedy, supported by a brilliant cast (if you can accept Kusanagi's a-bit-over-the-top acting, although it works well in this dorama), with lots of characters of interest that add to the story.
Zaizen Naomi plays her part very well and Kanno Miho's acting is so good that she makes us completely believe in her super-naive character.
I would recommend it if you are looking for a nice comedy to watch. |
