Synopsis

Junichi is a scout recruiting girls for work in night clubs; but in contrast to what he does, he is actually a sentimental person at heart. Nanami, who is a music teacher at a junior high school, wishes that something would happen to change the course of her ordinary life. Being from a high-class family and having committed to an arranged marriage with a government official, she and the street smart Junichi are from two different worlds. Their initial meetings always ended in disdain for the other, but when Junichi helps her find some sheets of music precious to her, she begins to think that he could change her life. Although it goes against everything that her upbringing has taught her, Nanami decides to give him a chance.

4.	Touching & Meaningful [Rating: 9/10] I love this drama, just like i adore Majo No Jouken! It's so touching and the ending was rather sad. But i just love it!! Really meaningful. I don't understand why this story didn't get high rating but oh well, i guess i'm lucky enough to find out such a brilliant story. This story ain't dark and boring. For me, this drama is not DRAGGY at all. That's why you guys should watch it too. Very Very Recommended!~

9.	A great dark romanace [Rating: 8/10] I thought it was great. Though I would have loved a different ending, in hindsight, this ending is in keeping with the style of the story. The show isn't a normal love story so why would it have a normal love story ending? I also liked to see an overall serious Sorimachi that's a bit of a departure from his usual carefree characters like in GTO.....

10.	Grahhh [Rating: 1/10] Ugh. This Drama started out great. THe first few episodes really got me hooked. But then the middle episodes totally ruined the series. Complete lack of development in both plot and characters, and by the time it started to pick up again, it had already lost me. Gah. Big disappointment.

12.	interesting [Rating: 7/10] the theme of the drama had a meaningful point, which is never judge by society's standards. the end kind of ruined what was worked up by the drama. it just seems like all the storyline in the end was useless. but i would say that besides the romantic side of the drama, everything else had potential.

15.	Cheap love is not your averge cheap drama! [Rating: 10/10] this is a great tv show the characters are well thought out the story is good it is one of the best that I have seen It to me it is one of those dramas that I would watch agian !! It has realy good acting and a great cast. It does start to slow down a little bit but still it is very good. There is nothing wrong with this drama. The ending is sad but it was great because I didn't expect it. Great drama that is all I can say there is noting wrong with it at all!

17.	Worthwhile Drama [Rating: 8/10] Sorimachi's acting is quite good in this dark drama. The storyline is a bit unconventional, but it doesn't mean that you shouldn't be watching it. Although the artist in the female lead is not an intriguing character, Sorimachi's heroism makes up for it. Also, I think I should applaud Sawamura Ikki's acting, since in this movie, he plays a very shady character, yet in Gokusen he plays a bright, and totally unrecognizably charming character.

Still, if you're looking for a drama about the less reputable side of Tokyo, and at the same time a love story, this is a drama to see.

Yoshizawa Yu plays an idiot who follows Sorimachi around, but he's darn adorable!! all in all, i give this a fair treat..oh, and the theme song is sooo good..!!

The series reminds me of my jaded life and all the things that we do perfunctorily. It made me realized that life is too short and we should seize the day and get out of this monotous life that we live in. Though the ending saddened me.

Nicely worked out, but as I already said the ending gives it kind of a flaw. Still it isn't that bad. Shouldn't stop anyone from watching.
