I read the review of this drama before I watched it..and it said that if you'll be dissapointed with tsuyo-chan's role in this drama...but after watching it, i think it's ok. Although the role did not involved any romantic scenes like those in to heart or summer snow, but i still like his role (well, I might be bias though). A very realistic role indeed. The storyline was very good (although some scenes are a bit dragging) and it convey the today problems facing the younger generation...and of course the 2 heroins are soo kawaii...really like both roles. Especially like the scenes where the three of them are together and trying to boost each other spirit. |

Dec 2003: The three leads did it very well. I love the concept of this drama, but sometimes turned out quite boring and serious. Taught me a lot, about living in this world, is there anything good will happen? Friends do play an important role in teenagers life, they are one of the keys of happiness, wish i had the same relationship in the story too. Very meaningful drama. |

plot is good, acting is good. tsuyoshi is adorable in the show. but the show doesn't grab me. its not intriguing enough. but not bad, reccomended for fans of the cast. they did well. |

Interesting plotline, but man, it just drags its way on from episode 1. Contemplative, dark, and interesting questions on life itself, but add to the fact that you have got one of the most boring actors in Japanese drama history as the lead role [not to mention he plays the very role of a boring guy in itself!], and it just gets painfully tedious after a while. |

This show has a very weird plot and is very dark and depressing. It makes one think alot. I would argue that this is a good show thou the ending will make you go... "Er...". But pretty much I think it makes a perfect ending for such a show... You will have to watch it yourself to understand what I mean.... |

beautifully written dark story. very inspirational to me, since i'm watching it at the age of 21. it's encouraging to know that there are probably a few others who feels like me now. comforted to know the scriptwriter understands wat i feel at times. give this show a go if u somehow feel something's missing in ur life. u mite feel better after that! shibasaki kou and dohmoto tsuyoshi were really good. :) |
