Noriko appeared in many hit dramas, including her latest works in Toshiie to Matsu and Mukodono 2003. Her greatest challenge was the role of Kuramoto Aya in Heaven's Coins, putting herself through months of training in sign language. Family commitments limit her work in music and TV. Still, she is a prominent and popular J-idol in both Eastern and Western parts of the world.
