i was wondering what is the plain form of '~kudasai' in japanese... like when you are quoting someone indirectly, how do you change '~kudasai' to the plain form?

Yeah, I think when the two are combined that is correct. If memory serves, as an adjective blue is aoi. Also sky can be spelled "sora" - so the AV actress is "Blue Sky" hehe ...
