All our drink prices went up by 20 cents on Monday! We had no warning beforehand except for the new menu boards with updated prices the closers put up. We must really be hurting since our previous price raises have been only 10 cents (happens about once a year). People were not happy, especially when they are used to coming in with exact change. Sorry!!

Your past, not ours. Bleah

Now since you're in the future, if you could tell me what the upcoming winning Lotto numbers are, we've got something. Victory! Peace!

I hate getting up at 4 in the morning, especially when it's colder. I want to snuggle back under the covers. Especially since my total sleep last night was only about 4 hours. Sweat

Don't forget to cut out airholes! Mr Green

On topic: This lady who comes into our office every few months to do inventory doesn't seem to like me. She just seems so crisp/proper/sparse with her words when she's talking to me and today I said asked her something and she just ignored me. I don't know if she was just into her work and didn't hear me or what, but I got irritated. Then she's all talkative with my boss. Whatever. Grumble

i detest annoying co-workers that think they know it all, when they really do not know a thing, especially if they are still new. Perhaps it is a cultural thing, or lack of manners on the part of some of my co-workers. still i must forgive their lack of ettiquette and mannerisms.

You should set them straight... If you don't put them in their place, they'll never learn.

last night was parent/teacher night, and I only had two bookings, tho four more parents showed up randomly.

One parent was so thrilled that I had stayed in after school to give her good-for-nothing son extra help, that she actually hugged me... Sweat

She was like "God Bless You!" and claimed that I was like her daughter, and that her son was so lucky to have me as his teacher.

I felt really awkward at the time, but after the awkwardness faded away, I felt all warm and fuzzy inside. Big Grin

This is much more preferable than when that parent asked me out on a date at a previous meeting. bleh
