They're showing Daisuki!!! http://jdorama.com/drama.1248.htm on Channel 44. Up to episode 3 so far. I'm usually a little cynical about shows like this, it's so easy to make it syrupy and sentimental, but WOW! Karina is so good!!! This is a huge departure from her usual roles as the super cool bitch and she's really making it work!! Applaud

First episode of Dekichatta Kekkon and I didn't realize what a famous cast this one had! Looks like it's going to be a good drama that'll keep my attention. Also, I was amused at the Yusuke Santa Maria part in the beginning and the reference to the drama Omiai Kekkon.

Good drama, tho I'm not a huge fan of Hirosue Ryoko's so I didn't enjoy it as much as I could have. I've only ever enjoyed her in Summer Snow.

She's hard to keep up with, isn't she?

On Topic: I cried in episode 11 of Kita no Kuni Kara. I wasn't expecting to, but that's how grand this drama is.
Spoiler (highlight text to read):
I cried when Hotaru's fox gets caught in a trap

Oops! I only got it since I couldn't find anything else I wanted on a trader's list. And I'm sure I could ask you for other things to send me like how I did with Mop Girl. Big Grin

Aw, I like her for some reason. Well, in only a handful of stuff like Lipstick, Seija no Koushin, and Yasuko to Kenji. Not to mention, I first liked her as a "singer." ashamed

I'm just putting everything else I should do on hold (Japanese studying, my website, sleep, etc.) Sweat

I think Moto Kare was the drama that really turned me off of her. I had seen her previously in Summer Snow, which I adored, but every drama of hers I saw after Moto Kare got me annoyed. She wasn't bad in Beach Boys... actually. But she didn't tickle my fancy, either.

Btw, what would be my fancy?

I haven't seen Moto Kare, but I doubt I will any time soon. Maybe I should avoid it.

Okay, so I completely failed. I started off during episode 14. Not because it was boring, but because I was completely tired after slaving to get the shed up. I'll try to finished the above episodes today.
