In-N-Out Burger Expands To North Texas, People Line Up

In-N-Out Burger, the extremely popular and fanatically-followed California-based burger chain, has long remained a staple of the western United States.

But on Wednesday, May 11, history was made. The first two In-N-Out Burger restaurants east of Arizona opened up in Frisco and Allen, Texas.

The response has been overwhelming thus far. Many customers camped overnight in the parking lot on Tuesday, hoping to be the first to taste the legendary burger, while others waited for hours in the lengthy drive-thru line, which stretched over two miles during the lunchtime rush on Wednesday.

3 Arrested In Bacon Heist

Apparently three young men missed the memo that bacon is so over. Eighteen-year-olds Quincy D. Davis and DaQuan Marquis Wright, along with an unnamed juvenile, stole three boxes of bacon from an Anderson, Indiana store freezer. The bacon was valued at $90.

This isn't the first time someone was caught stealing bacon. Last year, a man broke into a house and stole some bacon from the fridge and a phone.

Cue the "bringing home the bacon" jokes...

LOL.

So you do confess that pilfering pork products is a profitable partaking... Something that the police probably does not pardon too politely.

I could eat that, looks delicious.

But would feel sick for at least 24 hours after though.

Not used to that heavy fat content. Beaten

Being a purveyor of poutine seems a proficient profession however. Wink

It was dayem good, but obviously something to be shared, which it was. I'm sure a couple of digestive enzymes were in order after I devoured it.

Man To Eat 25,000th Big Mac
05/16/11 06:14 PM ET

Wisconsin-based Don Gorske plans to eat his 25,000th Big Mac on May 17, 2011, 39 years after his first Big Mac bite on May 17, 1972.

He averages two Big Macs per day and has 10,000 Big Mac cartons still in his possession. He keeps two Big Macs in his luggage in case he cannot find a McDonaldfs when he travels. Gorske believes he has drank over 200,000 Cokes along with his burgers.

Gorske's wife Mary has convinced him to consume McDonald's parfaits since he does not take any vitamins and subsists mostly on Big Macs (we're a bit dubious of this suggestion as McDonald's parfaits have 21 grams of sugar per serving).

One Big Mac serving has 540 calories and 29 grams of fat. So, in total, Gorske has consumed about 13,500,000 total calories and 725,000 grams of fat from Big Macs.
