Matsuyama Kenichi, Koyuki tie the knot

Multiple sources reported today that actor Matsuyama Kenichi and actress Koyuki have officially married. At least one source claims that Matsuyama will hold a press conference by himself later today (April 20).

Sources from both of their management agencies revealed that the couple registered their marriage on April 1, an auspicious day (�gtaian�h) according to the rokuyo calendar, but they delayed the public announcement in consideration of those affected by the March 11 earthquake.

Matsuyama and Koyuki were dating for almost three years. They first met in 2008 when they worked together on the movie �gKamui Gaiden�h (2009), as Koyuki replaced Kikuchi Rinko after Kikuchi suffered a serious injury during filming. News of Matsuyama and Koyuki�fs romance publicly came out in April 2009, and Matsuyama personally confirmed it for the first time in January 2010.

It is said that Koyuki plans to continue with her acting career.

Matsuyama Kenichi, Koyuki become parents

Actress Koyuki gave birth to her first child on January 5th, it has been learned. Both she and her husband, actor Matsuyama Kenichi, announced the happy news through their management agencies on Sunday.

Koyuki and the baby boy are said to be healthy. According to Koyuki�fs agency, she will focus on taking care of the child for now, but she expects to return to acting by the end of the year.

Matsuyama, on the other hand, is currently busy as the star of this year�fs NHK taiga drama �gTaira no Kiyomori.�h The series premieres tonight (January 8).

The couple got married last April after dating for almost three years.

Does anybody know why Koyuki appears in almost every cover of Precious magazines?
Is she an exclusive cover model?
Or does she own the magazine?

Sounds like she's their exclusive cover model but it doesn't say why.

Also, here's the link to Koyuki's website: http://koyuki.jp/.

If you click on "media" it shows all the Precious covers so she must have some kind of connection with them but I have idea what or why.

At least if she's the magazine's only cover model, they don't have to worry about trying to arrange the schedule for different celebrities cover shoot every month.

I actually got to work as a background actor on a film starring Rinko Kikuchi recently. We've nod our heads and greeted a few times but never really got to talk to her. But looking back, I suppose Koyuki has Rinko to thank for finding love on the (movie) set.

I'm currently watching Kimi wa Petto which is also my first experience with Koyuki's work. I must say she's a very beautiful lady, and she acts very well! I'm hoping to see more of her!

Gosh, she and Matsuken look so great together. I've been such a big fan of Matsuyama Kenichi and learning of his marriage to Koyuki made me a very happy fangirl.

Koyuki announces 3rd pregnancy

Actor Matsuyama Kenichi's wife, actress Koyuki, is pregnant with their third child.

The couple made the announcement through their agencies on March 23. Koyuki is currently 6 months pregnant and is expected to give birth in July.

Koyuki and Matsuyama married in April of 2011. On January 5 of the following year, they welcomed their first son then welcomed their first daughter on January 10, 2013 in South Korea, where postpartum care facilities have been developing.

The actress reported, "We will be welcoming a new member to our family this summer. We are looking forward to the day we can meet this new life." She continued, "To persons concerned, we hope that you will continue to give us guidance and encouragement as before."

According to her agency, Koyuki plans on giving birth in Tokyo this time. She will continue to work while keeping an eye on her condition. After childbirth, she plans to return to work with promotional activities for movie 'Sugihara Chinue'.
