When i started watching the first episode..."why the h*ll am I watching this drama..stupid man with his dog"..but as I progressed, it was really a sweet and touching drama. And of course, tsuyoshi really bring out the role...as a slow guy and easily bullied by others...there are some really touching scenes..and the theme song by kinki kids was really nice...sugoi. First drama I've watched where tsuyoshi was the lead actor...suprisingly...i like him in this drama. Although some might say that this drama is a bit slow but personally, i think it's a good drama. About life and death. Very nice acting by tsuyoshi dan the lead actress...very cute together. I was soo touched during the scene where hideo-san tell his mother about his illness and of course during the honeymoon scene...where he said "shitekunai". The phase of the 2 first cds are quite slow..only until the 3rd cd did the story catch my interest. Sorimachi's role in this drama (fortunately) did not dissapoint me and I really like Oshio Manabu's role. New guy in the force and trying to look cool...very macho in a quiet way. Just finished watching this drama recently...thought it would be just like any other doctor dramas I've watched before..but I was wrong...first..the scenery are really beautiful..the actors and actresses are all really talented (especially those playing parts of the villagers) and the kids are soo talented too...a very nice drama indeed. I read the review of this drama before I watched it..and it said that if you'll be dissapointed with tsuyo-chan's role in this drama...but after watching it, i think it's ok. Although the role did not involved any romantic scenes like those in to heart or summer snow, but i still like his role (well, I might be bias though). A very realistic role indeed. The storyline was very good (although some scenes are a bit dragging) and it convey the today problems facing the younger generation...and of course the 2 heroins are soo kawaii...really like both roles. Especially like the scenes where the three of them are together and trying to boost each other spirit. |
