Hakusen nagashi [白線流し] Brings back the old memories of school-days... plus the story line is pretty touching. Also, the background music and theme song is great and very appropriate for the theme.

Matsu Takako [松たか子] Cute actress whose performance in Love Generation leave a deep impression. Catch her in similar roles like Omiai Kekkon, Itsumo Futari de...
Nakayama Miho [中山美穂] Pretty actress who acts very well! Like to see her act as the blur but kind-hearted characters such as in Love Story, Home and Away... Also remember her from the movie Love Letter.
Sakai Miki [酒井美紀] Talented and cute artist. Great acting in Hakusen Nagashi as well as the movie Love Letter.
Yamaguchi Tomoko [山口智子] Cute artist who looks way below her age! Guess that everyone will remember her from Long Vacation...

Ai Nante Irane Yo, Natsu [愛なんていらねえよ、夏] Touching drama [Rating: 10/10] I like this drama! It's a bit sad, and also contains a bit of a mystery. There are scenes where it really touches your heart... and dunno why, but I immediately get into the mood of the drama every time the theme song starts...
Algernon ni Hanataba o [アルジャーノンに花束を] Slow but good [Rating: 8/10] The tempo is very slow, but consistently good. It's touching, esp towards the end. Too bad that I've not read the novel, so cannot give a review of how good (or bad) the conversion is... The casts did a superb job. You can see (and feel) the transition of Haru, from mentality slow to a genius... and back... recomend this drama to those who loves slow and serious dramas...
Boku no Ikiru Michi [僕の生きる道] Have a nice die! [Rating: 6/10] This drama started out very well... Partly becos I had thought that this will be another typical teacher-student drama. But I was very wrong...
Basically, the story is about how Nakamura Hideo (the main character) deals with the fact that he has only 1 year to live, and also how the people around him reacts. A very slow drama that is pretty unrealistic. But I like the theme song though!
Hakusen nagashi [白線流し] ... Great!... [Rating: ?/10] Wonder why the reviews given are not very favourable... to me, I love this drama! Basically it's about the group of 7 teens... also, the specials, are woth watching, and here's a short summary for those interested:
19 no haru: about sonoko entering university, and going to hokkaido to meet wataru...
20 no kaze: about the girl that sonoko's teaching, and the problems faced by the rest who started working...
tabitachi no uta(23yrs): sonoko started working, wataru quit his job at Hokkaido... ends up working as host in a club. Then all bad things happen to sonoko... her father died and wataru left for Vietnam (in a youth project)
25 sai: sad story... wataru came bad to Japan, but is marrying the girl he works with during the youth project... and in the whole drama, they almost never met each other!
Hoping for another special this year, or the next, or the next....
Home & Away [ホーム＆アウェイ] "I want go home" (thunder!) [Rating: 10/10] A hilarious drama! A must watch for all Nakayama's fan!
Kaede (Nakayama) is a kind girl who loves good food (quite similar to Oishi Kankei?), who wants to go home but seems that heaven forbides her to do so...
You'll keep guessing where Kaede will end up for each episode!
If you manage to catch the drama, remember to watch the hilarious ending after the credit roll for the last episode!
Also, take alook at the home page (while it's still up!). It's one of the best that I've seen!
Stand UP!! Ehhh!! [Rating: 10/10] This show is corny... very corny! Its directing reminds me of IWGP. For those who likes stupid jokes, you must definitely watch this! This show is also filled with J-drama spoofs, from a look alike of Yangumi (Gokusen) to the Uncle-Auntie version of "102" Proposal. Very funny!
