Aragaki Yui [新垣結衣] In terms of hotness she should be way at the top. In terms of her performance, she does hold her own. I didn't like how Fujiwara always ended the episodes by slapping somebody and making a terrible speech about how to treat women. Miyasako Hiroyuki however was very funny in this drama.

Gift [ギフト] Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched) One those suspense/thriller kimutaku dramas with a fairytale ending.	Gokusen [ごくせん] Rating: 10/10 (Bought & Watched) One of my all time favorites. I don't like speeches in the end but oh well Nakama Yukie is cute doing it.	Gokusen Season 2 [ごくせん２] Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched) Not as good as the first one but still hilarious.
Good Luck !! [グッドラック！！] Rating: 6/10 (Bought) This is one of my least favorite Kimutaku's dramas. I thought Shibasaki Kou would help but there was no chemistry between the two. The story was not that interesting either.	GTO [麻辣教師] Rating: 9/10 (Bought & Watched) One of my all time favorites. Sorimachi was almost type casted because of this drama though. Hana Yori Dango [花より男子] Rating: 9/10 One of my favorites..	Hana Yori Dango Season 2 [花より男子] Rating: 9/10 (Bought) I don't know where they came up with the Meteor Garden as the English translation for the title. I guess it's the Taiwanese that did it. However, JDorama translated it as Boys Over Flowers which made sense in a way but the title was from the popular Japanases proverb which literally meant "dumplings over flowers." It has a deeper meaning to it but Makino and Hanazawa Rui talked about it briefly during their trip in a car towards the end of the series.	Hanayome to Papa [花嫁とパパ]
Hero (Watched) Another one of Kimutaku's better dramas. Very interesting and I highly reccomend.	Hoshi no kinka 1 [星の金貨] Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched) Great cast, great soundtrack. Aoi Usagi was one of the songs I used to listened to and I didn't know it was the soundtrack for this drama.	Hyakunen no monogatari [百年の物語] Rating: 9/10 (Bought & Watched) This is why I like Matsushima Nanako because of performances like these. She's really great in this drama. She showed how she can portray 3 different yet similar roles.
Ichi Ritoru no Namida [１リットルの涙] Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched) Sawajiri Erika could have had a better performance. She was better in Taiyou no uta. It's a good thing she had a great supporting cast. Nishikido Ryou was fantastic and Narumi Riko was adorable. The soundtrack was great too. Konnayuki is one of my favorite drama songs ever.	Itsuka mata aeru [いつかまた逢える] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) This is one of the first dramas I've ever watched. It was in Japanese then with no sub titles but I was still able to get into it.	Kamisama mou sukoshi dake [神様、もう少しだけ] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) A sad, sad drama. First time I ever notice Fukada Kyoko and how cute she really is.
Karei naru Ichizoku [華麗なる一族] Rating: 7/10 (Bought & Watched) Too much politics for my taste.	Kekkon Dekinai Otoko [結婚できない男] Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched) I like abe Hiroshi, I think he's really funny. He can make any character be funny.	Kodoku no kake [孤独の賭け] Rating: 2/10 (Bought & Watched) Tsumannakatta :( Wouldn't rcommend it to anyone.
Koi ni Ochitara ~Boku no Seikou no Himitsu~ [恋におちたら〜僕の成功の秘密〜]	Kou kou kyoushi [高校教師] Rating: 7/10 (Bought & Watched) It's a little disturbing how the characters liked messing around with each others head. However this drama is when I first noticed Ueto Aya for her cuteness and Fujiki Naohito's talent.	Kyousoukyoku [協奏曲] Rating: 7/10 (Bought & Watched) Very entertaining drama. First time I've seen Tamura in a drama. I must admit he has a unique way o acting that's very entertaining.
Last Friends [ラスト・フレンズ] Rating: 6/10 (Bought & Watched) This drama tackled some taboos but it wasn't enough to make it that interesting.	Liar Game [ライアーゲーム] Rating: 9/10 (Bought) One of the better dramas I've seen. It was very interesting all the way to the end.	LIFE [ライフ] Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched) Aaahh, what can be more entertaining than a bunch of girls bullying each other? Very interesting plot though...
Long Love Letter [ロング・ラブレター〜漂流教室] Rating: 9/10 (Bought) The cast was great. There were about 6 actors who went on to star in their own dramas.	Long vacation [ロングバケーション] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) I love Yamaguchi Tomoko. She's really cute and she brings that to her dramas.	Love generation [ラブジェネレーション]
Love Revolution [ラブレボリューション]	Majo no jouken [魔女の条件] Rating: 7/10 (Bought & Watched) Almost similar to High School teacher but the other way around.	My Boss, My Hero [マイボスマイヒロ] Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched) I'll watch anything with Aragaki Yui in it.
Nemureru mori [眠れる森]	Nobuta wo Produce [野ブタ。をプロデュース] Rating: 7/10 (Bought & Watched) This drama is over rated but I still give it high points because of horikita maki's performance. Toda Erika even had a litte role in the drama as poor mariko.	Nodame Cantabile [のだめ　カンタビ−レ] Rating: 9/10 (Bought & Watched) Another one of my favorites. I liked Ueno Juri on this one. This is probably the only drama I've seen her do comedy and it suited her well.
Oh! My Girl!! [オー！マイ・ガール！！] Rating: 6/10 (Watched) i liked it!!!	Orange Days [オレンジデイズ] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) This is the first time I saw Shibasaki Kou in a drama. Her character was annoying at first but I'm really amazed at how she played her character all the way through. I like watching her movies also.	Papa to Musume no Nanokakan [パパとムスメの７日間] Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched) I'll watch anything with aragaki yui in it.
Pride [プライド] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) One of Kiumutaku's superb performances.	Saiyuuki [西遊記　] Rating: 3/10 (Watched) Didn't finish watching this one. The characters are starting to annoy me.	Sekai no chuushin de, ai wo sakebu [世界の中心で、愛をさけぶ] Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched) This is one you want to watch if you want to cry.
Shiawase ni Naritai [幸せになりたい] Rating: 4/10 (Bought & Watched) If not for Fukada Kyoko's cuteness I wouldn't have finished watching this drama.	Sora Kara Furu Ichioku no Hoshi [空から降る一億の星] Rating: 9/10 (Bought & Watched) This is probably the best drama I've seen Kimutaku act. The story is very interesting and also intensed. It'll leave you guessing all the way to the end.	Strawberry on the shortcake [ストロベリー・オンザ・ショートケーキ] Rating: 6/10 (Bought & Watched) OK, I like Fukada Kyoko that's why I watched this drama.
Summer snow Rating: 7/10 (Watched) Another drama with an unexpected ending. For the most part it's good too.	Taiyo no Kisetsu [太陽の季節] Rating: 7/10 (Bought & Watched) Just watch it till the end and you'll be surprised on how it ends. For a moment I thought the whole story ends on episode four but there was more to it than that.	Taiyou no uta [タイヨのうた] Rating: 9/10 (Bought & Watched) I thought Sawajiri Erika did better in this drama than in 1 litre of tears but she can sing a little bit. Yamada Takayuki was better in Sekai no chuusin... than in this one.
Tokyo Love Story [東京ラブストーリー] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) The first Japanese drama I've ever watched. I guess this is Japan's most popular drama ever.	Trick [トリック]	Trick Season 2 [トリック2]
Trick Season 3 [トリック3]	Virgin Road [バージンロード] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) Something similar to "A Walk in the Clouds" with Keanu Reeves. It had a great soundtrack.	Wakamono no subete [若者のすべて] (Watched) The first Kimutaku drama I've ever seen. It's an intense drama with great soundtrack too.

Akai Ito [赤い糸] A very moving drama [Rating: 8/10] I was skeptical about watching this movie at first but I am glad I did because it was great and one of a kind. There wasn't much said in the synopsis part about the drama except that it was about Mei and A-kun dealing with trials they had to face in their life. Well the drama is about destined love. Mei and A-kun were destined to be with each other but there are a series of unfortunate circumstances that prevent them from being together. Whether it be parents who objects to the relationship or rivals, these two had to deal with it all the way to the end. There are a lot of twist and turns throughout the drama but each character introduced did play a significant role in bring the entire plot of the drama together. I just didn't know why everything had to be so tragic before everybody became happy. There are so many characters wanted to kill themselves or turned into drugs after being dealt a bad hand in life/love. As far as the actors themselves, they did an ok job playing each character. Nobody really stood out except for Kimura Ryo who played "Taka". He went from being the comic relief in the beginning, the hated boyfriend in the middle, and then just like that he met a tragic end.	Daisuki!! [だいすき!!] Truly Heartwarming [Rating: 9/10] One of the better dramas I've seen recently. It's a story about a mentally disabled woman who fell in love with another mentally disabled man. Due to an unfortunate accident the man dies and leaves her alone and pregnant with only her family and friends to help her. Will she be able to have her baby? Her family, after seeing how bent she was on having a child of her own fianlly agrees and allows her to have her baby. That's just the first episode... Throughout the next episodes we see how she struggles to raise the child while dealing with a lot of issues like finding a job, a day care for her daughter, and meeting her late lover's younger sister while trying to keep child services off her back. Till we reach the last episodes where she encounters the biggest challenge of all. Will she crumble under pressure or will she finally steps out of her comfort zone and learn how to do things for herself? Karina did a very good job portraying the character as did the mom and brother. What really surprized me is the number of beautiful women that was in this drama. There is Kotonechan, Anzai san, Natsume chan, and even Momoka the shopkeepers daughter where the mom works. Karina did win win two best actress awards for her role in this drama.
Hachi-One Diver [ハチワンダイバー] should I even finish the series...? [Rating: 4/10] The first few episodes seemed interesting until I got tired of the main characters fake crying and screaming. It seemed like that is all he does in the drama. It's really getting annoying. Naka Riisa the supporting actress is also boring in this drama. She has limited lines even though she plays a dual character. The story is interesting enough even though I don't know much about shogi what keeps me watching is the rest of the supporting cast like the two thugs who gives the drama a little bit of comedy and the old "true sword master" in hiding who obsesses about Riisa's breasts. The rest of the players are ridiculous as well.	Hana Yori Dango [花より男子] Will you read this? [Rating: 9/10] First I was hesitant to watch this dorama. I thought it was just another high school cutesie drama full of overrated young actors who are only popular because they're cute. Much to my surprise I was wrong. It's one of those I almost had to watch all the way through. I had to work the next day which prevented me from staying up all night to finish the series. There were some really funny parts in the movie and I really like Inoue Mao's expressions...they just sem to come at the right time. One of the reasons I wanted to watch the drama was because Matsushima Nanako is in it and of course she didn't disappoint me. I was also hesitant because the main characters were mostly guys but there were a lot of cute girls in it. This is the first time I saw Inoue Mao and I thought she did an excellent job portraying her character. Everybody seems to think that Matsumuto Jun is so kakkoi but I don't see it. He did a good job though I gotta give him that. That whole F4 thing was kinda ridiculous but thank god the story focuses more on Makino Tsukushi but I wish Matsushima Nanako had more part in it though. The OST was OK but then again I think I've grown over that boy band thing.
Hana Yori Dango Season 2 [花より男子] totemo omshirokatta [Rating: 9/10] The drama picks up from the last episode of season 1. It's actually a 2 hour seaon opener which explains why the first seaon had only nine episodes. It starts with Makino lost and alone in New York being robbed and about to attacked until her hero comes to save her. Could it be Tsukasa or somebody else? Another excellent performance from everybody especially Inoue Mao and Matsu Jun. They got into their characters really well. Of course a few characters and guests were added into the series that made the drama more interesting. I liked Shigeru's character and how she always played an innocent villain all the way up to the end when she finally stabbed Makino in the back by lying to her only to take it back right away and play the heroine. They could have made Umi's character a little more evil but I guess they don't want her to be as annoying as Sakurako's character. I was hoping they would have gotten deeper into Akira's background and maybe developed a sort of Gokusen story out of it. Instead they focused more on Shouichiro's love story. I was hoping they'd lay off Domyouji's violent scenes but I guess family entertainment is quite different in Japanese standards than that of American Standards. Seriously all these headbutting and beating up a group of guys by yourself gets ridiculous and redundant after a while. Because of my limited Japanese skills, I had to watch it in subtitles and was kinda disappointed with the translation sometimes. One of the funniest parts is how Domyouji is always using the wrong words or phrases in Japanese and I know it's suppose to be funny but it's not as funny translated. Overall, I'm sad the series ended I kinda wanted to see more. the ending was the usual fairy tale ending but quite nice. HYD 2 is not a sequel but more of a continuation of the whole story so I suggest you watch it if you liked the first one. It's longer than the first one so you wouldn't be disappointed.	Liar Game [ライアーゲーム] Keeps You Guessing [Rating: 8/10] This is one of a kind drama. After watching the first 2 episodes I wondered how else are they going to prolong the story? Somehow they did and made it even more interesting. I understand how they fooled Toda Erika's character the first time and even the second time but the third time? That was kind kinda poorly written. I guess after the third time, it explains how she eventually willingly volunteered to enter the 4th game. Also they could've expanded more on the story behind the game's creator. Matsuda Shota's main purpose in participating in the games is to find oout who is behind all this and finally he meets the guy and then what? Lame... I still enjoyed the drama more because of all the games they played with all the twist and turns.
Long Love Letter [ロング・ラブレター〜漂流教室] WTF?! [Rating: ?/10] The title does NOT say anything at all about the drama. In the end they mentioned something about the relevance of a long love letter but that was in the end. I was hesitant to watch the drama but I heard some good reviews so I said why not see for myself. It starts out as a typical romantic story. Boy meets girl in the beginning and by some chance lost contact with each other. So a year later boy becomes teacher and girls works in a flower shop. Boy had some interesting students who had love stories of their own. During winter vacation boy asks some of his students to come to school for remedial class. That day it so happens Girl goes to school to deliver flowers and bumps into boy again. They have a little catching up and ends up in a quarrel about each others personalities until girl walks away only to stop and speaks to boy about that day they met a year ago. Their romantic story is about to start again until a quake happens.... This is when you find out that the whole school disappeared and warps into the future somehow. Interesting story, kinda reminds me of LOST, a TV series in the US. Everybody learns how to fight for survival in this new futuristic world while the love ones they leave behind cope with their loss. I like how the creator of the drama envisions a totally different future not of technological advancement but instead the end of the world because of technology and global wars. The whole story makes you wonder that it is possible that the world can end up that way. The ending was open to interpretation, it wasn't a happy ending nor a sad ending. Throughout the series not everybody survives and some of my favorite characters dies. But does anybody survive at all? Like I said the ending is open to interpretation.	Nemureru mori [眠れる森] Could be better [Rating: 6/10] The pace is slow and there's no build up to the climax. I do admit that I couldn't figure out the suspense and just had to take guesses which were right in the end but I was sure it wasn't the obvious. There's a few things didn't like in the drama. 1. Why did a few characters have to die unnecessarily. 2. Why throw in a some characters like Keiichiro's mom that will leave you hanging. 3. What is up with that ending? The two can't end up together so one of them died? How did that person even die? I'm so disappointed at that ending. It's similar to the other Kimutaku drama "The smile has left your eyes". At the least the tragedy in the end was more fitting and justified.
Oh! My Girl!! [オー！マイ・ガール！！] Family drama? [Rating: 6/10] Ok I watched this drama mainly because of Yoshida Riko. I first saw her in "Shinigami no Ballad" playing a boy and I thought her acting was interesting and funny. I was really sold that she was a boy in that drama. This drama is about a spoiled child actress(Anne) who was left in the care of an aspiring journalist and novel writer(Kotaro). Kotaro had a falling out with Anne's mother who was his step sister and did not want anything to do with Anne. After the Anne's agent(Mineko) convinces him that he really didn't have a choice in the matter he finally caved in and thus begins the realtionship between the Anne and Kotaro. In the beginning the two didn't get along well. Kotaro's hatred for Anne's mother is somewhat reflected to the way he treats Anne. Anne on the other hand have to reflect on her acting skills to hide her loneliness and sometimes to decieve Kotaro. The two eventually developed a strong bond with each other that will be tested in the end. The drama had some good points and interesting twists. Yoshida Riko certainly didn't disappoint me in this drama while Mokomichi is still Mokomichi. I recommend this drama with those who are fans of the actors.
