Lunch no Joou [ランチの女王] I love Yuko Takeuchi. She acts well and is so pretty. A natural! Eveyone acted very well. The drama made me laugh and it made me cry. It has all the ight ingredients. The characters grew on me....the more I watch, the more I like all of them.
Style! [スタイル!] Enjoyed the drama. Each episode has a story of its own while there is a common theme all throughout the whole drama. Not draggy. The lead actor is charming. Yuko Takeuchi is kawaii. And the rest of the cast complemented well.
Big wing [ビッグウイング] Enjoyable! Entertaining! [Rating: 8/10] Yuki Uchida is a joy to watch - pretty, cute and good acting...an all rounder. The different story lines in each episode were heart warming and real. Made us feel very much for the characters in each episode. Worth watching!
Koi suru Top Lady [恋するトップレディ] A suprise find [Rating: 8/10] I have never heard of or watched Miki Nakatani until a friend lent me the VCD set. So I watched Top lady without any background info and no expectations at all.
I became more and more interested in the drama as I kept watching Miki's character grow from strength to strength. She grew from an immature young lady who had no directions in life into a mature lady mayor who went through many life experiences - from pre-election to a few months after election!
I began to like Miki's character of Chiharu and felt very touched by the love and the loyalty her team began to show her as they work with her and got to know her working style, her honest opinion about everything and her child-like attitude to managing the town.
The OST Hero was suitable for the drama.
I enjoy Okina Megumi's character - a brave, direct and no-nonsense reporter.
The only thing I would like to see changed is Miki's character dressing style....she looks good in jeans and boots...but must she wear the same style from the beginning to the end of the drama? Kinda boring.
Koori no sekai [冰の世界] What a great show! [Rating: 9/10] Wow, I was so captivated by this drama that I finished it in a weekend....I just could not stop. The suspense was getting too much! Nanako and Yutaka - wow! What a couple!
The plot is so interesting, full of suspense and mystery. The cast acted very well and the OST was great!
Really worth watching. I have not watched such an interesting drama in a long time!
Lunch no Joou [ランチの女王] Enjoyable [Rating: 8/10] I bought this set because of Yuko Tageuchi. She is SO pretty and her smile, it is so sunshiny. All the men in the show are SO HHHOTTTT too.
Plot wise - enjoyable, not slow, just the right pace and I love the ending song, Joy to the world.
Pride [プライド] Very enjoyable [Rating: 10/10] I could not stop watching the drama once I started......I love it. Takuya Kimura and Yuko Taguechi have great chemistry.
