Tagline: がんばれば、幸せになれるよ ~Ganbareba, Shiawase ni Nareru Yo~
Plot: Cancer drama staring Tackey and Fukayon acting as the 5 year old kid's parents.
With those two great actors it has to be good. I bet the kid tried to kill himself Since I love to bitch about those 2 I'll have to check it out. 
I hope that acting together made them more than just friends. I'd love to see what kind of kids they would end up with. It should answer lots of philosophical questions like: "Is there a bad acting gene?" or "Is the universe sentient? and can it collapse on itself to prevent this from happening?".
