I'll start first...

Never put an ice block in your burning tongue or mouth...
It is like hell with you won't be able to feel or taste anything...
Drink plain water or just soak it in the water...

Now I need an advice of INSOMNIA

Long time no Spam...

Okay, let's start...

BACK PROBLEM

Most people have back problem, either Upper, Mid, or Lower part of your back...
Here are some tips...

1. Never sit too long.
Due to sitting too long, your Mid and Lower back will suffer from upholding your entire upper body...
Back in this position works as not only the structure maintainer, but also an upholder for your entire upper part body, lucky if you are small, but if not... Sweat Sweat Sweat
Therefore, avoiding this is just easy. If you sit for at max 30 min, walk around a bit for 5 or so min, it will reduce your fatigue little bit...

2. Having some exercise without any consideration.
Here, running and some gymnastic movements are horrendous to your back...
As you run, the back part becomes the upholder of the upper body part, and the feet uphold the entire body, recommended on just walking will be fine...
Some gym movements are created to make your blood runs well across your whole body, but be careful, as you get older, the bone has also become old, doing or pushing yourself==>SUICIDE...

3. Refrain from eating to much peanuts.
Peanuts are good for your health, BUT some of them are dangerous for they contain the BAD-Cholesterol...
The most just fine pea family is soya beans (tofu) that you can easily get...
Go look in the nearest China town... hehe hehe hehe

4. Having already operated your back???
No sweat, take the Taichi or Yoga course...
Taichi works for me WELL...
At least my back did not kill me again...
Yoga is just fine, if you studied it from the beginning, starting from the back area practice is not recommended at all...
Usually they will start on the breathing tech and then continuing on...

Hope that this can help...

Ewwwwwwww.......! bleh

Australian laments ear wax eating video

Wed Oct 31, 5:26 PM ET

Australia's opposition leader lamented his past behavior on Wednesday, as images of him picking his ear wax in Parliament reached a growing audience via the Internet.

The embarrassing footage was captured by Parliament's official television camera at least six years ago as Kevin Rudd, then a junior Labor Party lawmaker, sat in the House Representatives listening to a colleague question a government minister.

Rudd, who is likely to become Australia's prime minister next month, is seen in the background absent-mindedly probing his left ear before apparently placing the same finger in his mouth.

The footage has found it way on to YouTube and has attracted increasing attention in recent weeks as Rudd, a Chinese-speaking former diplomat, leads Prime Minister John Howard in opinion polls ahead of Nov. 24 elections.

Rudd was questioned by the media Wednesday about his behavior after the footage recently featured on U.S. national television on NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno."

"I'm really pleased about that ― how did I go on Jay Leno?" Rudd said, laughing with sarcasm.

"All of us in public and private life I'm sure would wish our behavior to be more ideal," he told reporters, declining to comment further.

Rudd, who was elected Labor leader in December last year, has previously told journalists he was scratching his chin.

Every politician is basically idiot...
Just look at when they had a disagreement, they would throw stuff which were bought by gov's money...
But, here in Indonesia, usually they will sue each other and, or, talking in front of the media...

If Daichi wants suggestions re: health perhaps he should narrow the request a bit to something specific.

Alrighty, so I have this itchy eye. It started when I washed my face before bed. At first I thought I had an eyelash in my eye, but when I went to check there was nothing there. In fact, it felt like there was something underneath my top eyelid, but no matter how many times I washed my eye with water or checked to see if I could see anything, I found nothing.

It was hard for me to sleep because every time I closed the one eye, it would painfully itch. I ended up squeezing my eye shut and pressing it hard against the pillow in order to sleep.

This morning it was very sticky and continues to be see. It's not red, so I dunno what's up with it. It's still mildy itchy. Feels sorta hot as well...

Could be you got a speck of dirt or something under there. It doesn't take much to irritate an eye Smile

Mrs A.D. got an eye infection once: It got so bad she had to go to hospital. She ended up picking up a Golden Staph infection in it, and was in hospital for a week Shocked

Sounds like you have conjunctivitis or "pink eye" ...sounds infected...i'd head to the doctor and get some medicated eye drops or at least go to the local drugstore and get some sterile eyewash to clean out your eyeball. upping your intake of vitamin c wouldn't hurt either because vitamin c helps the immune system fight any type of infection in the body; moreover, the level of vitamin c in your eye fluid is higher than in other parts of your body, normally....even higher than in your bloodstream.

maybe the web might be able to give you some other homopathic remedies short of going to the doctor.
