Hopefully I will get to see Otomen before Asuko March and Gold starts airing. Seems like Emi-chan's character in TNK was the complete opposite of her previous roles in dramas. I really try to see those two soon. _________________

Emi-chan has a book out. It's like a memoir of her photo-shoots taken around the world. You can read the ARTICLE HERE. She is promoting it in hopes that it will increase her popularity, or fame, as she works even harder this year in the industry.
She is also the first teenager selected by Shiseido Co (Japan's finest and largest makeup retailer) to model for one of their shampoo products. What a great way to build up her career and she is only 17. WTG Takei Emi! _________________

Today, TV Asahi held a press conference for their upcoming drama, �gAsuko March!�g, starring actress Takei Emi in her first drama leading role.
This drama is based on an ongoing manga of the same name written by Akiyama Kaori, and the story is about a girl who failed her examinations and ends up going to a technical high school where all of her classmates are boys.
In total, Takei is surrounded by 27 classmates, including actor Matsuzaka Tori, as announced in March. The media is referring to her situation as a reverse harem, since she is the only girl among all those older boys, but her reality is not looking anything like that. �gThey are all adults, but surprisingly none of them are acting like one,�h she revealed with a blank look.
She also said she would have preferred another outfit for the press conference, �gI always have to wear this �epatch�f and thought that I would at least be able to wear something more pretty for the press conference.�h About filming at a genuine technical high school, she commented, �gThe bathroom for girls is really far away. I always have to go down the stairway and go through the long hallway�c�h
Meanwhile, co-actress Shiraishi Miho reminisced about her senior high school days, �gI was the captain of our tennis club. I always ate five meals at school between the morning and evening practice.�h Then she blushed and added, �gAnd I was wearing loose socks!�h
The first episode of �gAsuko March!�h will air on April 24th at 11 PM.

4 more days to go and no word of who is subbing? I've been searching all over but most groups don't allow you to make requests for dramas. I'm just hoping that this drama will be picked up for English subs _________________
