If it's a dvd source, The staff of JTV might be interested in doing the translation work. Inquire them, you'll never know.

Again? The same seed request in another forum, still in the wrong place. I deleted your post for this Oyaji seed in BST because it was posted in the wrong place, in a thread that wasn't replied to in 5 months, answering someone's question asking where to get Oyaji. Plus, you admitted it didn't belong there! Isn't this kinda spamming just to get a seed? Post in BT Seed Requests in Buy Sell Trade, which is here: http://jdorama.com/viewtopic_1680_975.htm That's what it's there for, and it does help! It's not nice to hijack others' threads to get your seed, either.

Am watching Oyaji, presently at episode 6. Who is the actress that plays Sumika, the yamanba? Judging by her height, general facial shape, and figure, I bet that they gave her the bad hair, bad makeup, and bad clothing to hide that she's beautiful. Later in the series I bet they have her dress normally, without the makeup, the "ugly duckling" scene, and the brother finally falls for her at that point. Cheers, PCM

It occurs in Episode 10, when Sumika, Sayuri, and Suzu follow Miyako to the kissaten. In order to get close so she can hear Miyako's conversation with her long lost love, Sumika removes her makeup and straightens out her hair so as to not be recognized.

Yuriko Ishida.

This is the last time she looks hot. In Over Time she did too, but in Bara no Jujika and Pride she's become more dowdy, meaning she won't age that well.
