I just finished watching it and it was pretty good. Although, it would have been better with subs cuz my Japanese kinda sucks. And I agree with WD. Those ratings are just BEGGING for a sequel.

i've just watched it with cn subs and the whole SP looks like a bridge betw HERO 1 & HERO 2, be it drama or movie. it just looks as if something is coming up next. to me, that is.

Agreed BIG TIME!! haha...."a bridge between HERO 1 and HERO 2"....exactly how my friend said about this x)

If there's nothing coming up next, it gets us excited for nothing, huh?

Kimura Takuya & Matsu Takako appear in 1 scene together after 4.5 years since Chuushingura 1/47. I was really moved. Their chemistry is still as strong as EVER^^ The Golden Combi!

yea.. i hope there will be a sequel too.. i've forgotten Hero ending (opps.. watched it quite long ago) but this special seems to point a sequel with KT back in the team~~ i wan to see the fabulous pair again!!!

Hope after 5yrs, all the original cast can appear in <HERO 2> w00t!

& i think hairstyle of Kuriyu in <HERO 1> is more cool than the present one in <HERO special> . More close to Kuriyu's witty character. Mr Green
