One other small complaint.... but WTF was with the Westerners in Ep 10?? And for Hitomi2 (the Ex) to sya how GOOD LOOKING that Cache guy was... ????? OMG, they were all so totally seedy white trash looking, even the "natural blonde" cheerleads. It was like someone time warped people from the 70s or something. I felt as if I had walked into some dumpy redneck bar on the worng side of town or something...

i agree.. i seem to have seen the cache guy somewhere before too. in another drama or a variety show perhaps..?

I guess everyone downloading the seires form Jem should know once they'e gone to the site what's happened.

Sooooo... how much DO we loose in those last five mins.? Has everything pretty much wrapped up by that point? Or does said wrapping up happen in those last five mins.?

Also I guess it bares asking, is there anyone out htere who would be interested in subbing the last ep as a stand alone? I'm looking to get a unsubbed copy, and if I can, I would be happy to donate if there's a group out there willing to do it.

I hope Jem can get a full copy of the last episode. I hope everything is resolved before the last 4 minutes. Golden Bowl is one of my fav Jdoramas ever and an incomplete ending is really going to ruin my day.
Not to mention missing the last episode of Heaven's Tears season 3 also. The sky has fallen on our heads! We need to give more offerings to the gods of Jdorama!

Oh, I know.... I actually let out a scream (which isn't good to do in the middle of the night when the rest of the house has been asleep). I've been hanging on this series in a terrible way, so this is a huge disapointment =(.

Wish I knew how to sub myself or had the gear to do it. I went price shopping nad it looks like the V-CD is around $30-35, and I know Amazon Japan has it on DVD but not sure the price off hand.

Luckily I wasn't watching Heaven's Tears... so I know not to download that one now ^^;. I really hate unfinished endings. It's like the copy of With Love on VHS that's in distrobution... it's missing the last little bit as well, and though you don't miss a lot plot wise I'd still like to have seen it in whole.

if someone is willing to get a copy of that last episode, raw or whatever and send me a copy, i can sub the last 5 minutes that are missing.
for jem's encode of Beautiful days (a korean drama) i subbed the first 5 minutes of episode 15 because the subs were gone.
im also up to date with all the releases of golden bowl and was sad to see that 5 minutes were cut off in the last episode from what jem said on the site.

Ooops, my bad. Heaven's tears ep 3 is missing, not final episode so its not as bad as Golden Bowl. I've watched a few Jdoramas with missing episodes like ep 8 of Salaryman Kintaro season 1 and the last part of Heaven Cannot Wait ep2.

Hopefully someone who's taped Golden Bowl in S'pore can get in touch with Jem.

I have the episode recorded on tape, but i recorded it in stereo, so english and chinese both occur at the same time....
But i have to say, the last 5 min is superb, very sweet.
If anyone wants it i have it on tape, but i can't convert it to mpeg or anything... I'm sad too... i always download jem's episodes to burn into a disc.... Hope that anyone who recorded it in Jap will contact Jem...

Last 5 minutes superb and sweet? Nooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Taiitsu, maybe you should pass your tape to Jem. Any ending is better than no ending at all.

so is there no japanese audio? or is it combined with chinese and japanese (with english subtitles??)
if it is combined with chinese and japanese (with english subtitles), it is possible to rip the audio and take out the chinese from one of the channels. maybe jem doesn't have time, he is encoding A LOT of series!! so if your tape is how i described it, you can send it to me and i can encode it (i have a lot of time to do it. )
