YEAH!!! way to go man!!! ur on the right track.... just talk to her... i know what ya mean i was 20 when i went out (briefly) with my astronomy proffesor (who's japanese) and she's 28!.....
just talk to her more and more man...stay after class and talk about her ALOT!.... ask for help and stuff...and when ya feel comfortable say "man i'm thirsty ... i'm gonna go get some coffee...want some?...hey lets go get coffee?".... say it kinda fast like if ur not thinking about it and as if it just comes outta the blue.... trust me it works! ...just ahh... make sure u have enough money for the 2 of ya.. remember a latte...cost alotte!

if ya want i can tell ya exactly what i did with my astronomy proffessor.... to help ya out ...if ya want..... and PLZ keep us informed! i like to hear other guy's stories about romance with women especialy when it involves a close friend! ...... its like giving pointers and stuff

ok first of all...where do ya live? so i can know what to expect from her....girl are diff from allover the world....

my opinion? let's see... why do you like her so much in the first place? just wondering because right now it just seems like she's the teacher and you're the student why would something more develop? Also i'm just asking because i realized i might've totally gone off the deep end with my girl just because i'm such a weird guy and she was the first girl i met in all my life that i actually connected with so maybe it's this way for you too...
