Is her husband really like that? I don't get why some actresses end up picking such husbands. (add any negative adjective before husbands). I mean these actresses are talented, and have the looks. They don't really need such men.

She probably thinks she can change him.

Yada confirms pregnancy

The management agency of actress Akiko Yada has officially confirmed rumors that she is four months pregnant.

Last year, Yada married actor/singer Manabu Oshio. Because of his reputation as a playboy, her previously clean image was destroyed, and she has received little work since then. With the announcement of Yada's pregnancy, the agency mentioned that she will be suspending her work completely until after the child is born.

There are no fan subs, but I saw a few DVD on sales with traditional Chinese and Japanese subs. Unless someone translate it, we're screwed. This drama looks great.

well, Congratulations to Akiko. Happy for her having a child, but that'll undoubtedly mean another year where we don't see her.

Hopefully she'll come back late next year with a bang.

Sheesh, it looks like Yada's come back has taken another blow.
I read that her husband looks to be in some very serious legal
problems and the guilt by association will certainly have a negative
impact on her career.

I had been giving him the benefit of the doubt but I think she really
needs to get rid of this loser.

Actor Manabu Oshio was arrested Monday on suspicion of using the synthetic drug MDMA, police said.
Oshio, 31, tested positive for the drug known as ''Ecstasy'' in a urine test, the police said.
A woman in her 30s was found dead at an apartment in Tokyo's Roppongi district Sunday and the police questioned Oshio on a voluntary basis in connection with the contract for the apartment and conducted the test.
The police are investigating the cause of the woman's death and the possibility of a crime.
Oshio's office Avex Management Inc. terminated a contract with him Monday.
