Meanwhile, in Texas, , , Not a good day for Japanese pitchers. Darvish got lit up for 3 hits, 2runs, walked 4, and struck out 3 in 3 innings work. Koji Uehara came in and in one inning gave up 2 hits, 2 runs, walked 1 and struck out 2.

Meanwhile in Baltimore, , , Tsuyoshi Wada whom the O's signed to a 2-year $8 million dollar contract finally got his first work of the spring. Went two innings gave up 1 hit, 1 run, didn't walk anybody and struck out 3. He's been on the shelf with an inflamed elbow. When it first came up he said, "Oh, no problem, this happens every spring." I wonder what Oriole management was thinking when he said that.
