does anyone know about the drama where the title contains the word "Kiss" at the end. The story is about this girl Kotoko who likes the best student in the school, Irie Naoki.. Please tell me the title and who are the casts. Thank You.

My Review: 7/10

Itazura na Kiss is an absolutely hilarious drama. It’s one of the few that actually had me laughing out loud. Sato Aiko needs to take all the credit for this. Her facial comedy was brilliant. Her character got a bit annoying at times, but she had the power to make us laugh that annoyance away. Kashiwabara Takashi played the perfect Naoki, but his character was a little flat and dull.

I was hoping throughout the entire drama that Kototo would up with Kin-chan, instead of Naoki.

The storyline is really lame, and there is barely any plot throughout the episodes. But I had a lot of fun watching the drama.

I felt the ending was unrealistic, as Naoki’s confession in the end seemed abrupt and forced. I mean, he had spent 8.5 episodes telling her how annoying and stupid she was. There wasn’t the slightest hint that he had any feelings for her. Then suddenly he confesses. It was a little forced and badly done.

Still, the drama has its merits. It was light and fluffy and very funny.

Kotoko was really annoying in here, but what makes you go with her is because of her never ending efforts (and failures) for Irie. The ending was blunt also, not the confession you would want to have when the whole time you go nuts with your guy.

there is also Taiwan version of it, alot of fan recommend that watching

I haven't seen the Japanese version, but in the Taiwanese version, it was a gradual process and you can see the changes in the characters. It's been described as sweet and charming, and definitely one of the best Taiwanese drama made. I am reluctant to recommend it to you because opinions differ, but maybe worth trying out if you feel like it. The Taiwanese version has also been exported to Japan and Korea, one of the first to do so, if that helps any.

I have watched both versions. The Taiwanese Kotoko is not that annoying as the Japanese Kotoko but both carries the same characteristic. ie VERY persistent on Naoki. It's whether you like the physical appearance of the actress.

Very nice story IMO, I like how persistent Kotoko is which most gals would probably won't do.
