Wow, 19%? That's really good! Of course, I'm watching this not only to support Tegoshi, but because I simply love Nagase Tomoya! He's so hot! But I'll have to wait for subs. Can't wait to see it!

that is quite high...i was checking out the first ep, can't wait for the eng subs so i can understand what is going on....looks interesting so far.

Actually this is the first time I watch a drama without waiting the subs to be released first...and I'm quite surprise with myself that i can understand it well... first episode is crack. It was really good!

I've seen both Korean movies, My Boss My Hero (henceforth MBMH) and its sequel, My Boss My Student. They are both good, but they kind of take a REALLY serious sharp turn at the end. I don't think this drama will do that. From the beginning, there seems to be a lot more "slapstick" comedy and hijinx, and while in the Korean source, the boss dumb, Nagase's character is just a total idiot! But that will probably make his graduation that much better. As for the aesthetics, the look of it reminds me of HYD, which is good because I found that to be shot and directed very well.

Uwahhh, I watched the first episode and loved it!!! I dont think I have even been this excited about a dorama's first episode, but it was so good >_< Tomoya is so great, Teshi damn kawaii, and Koki so hilarious Anyway, cant wait for the 2nd episode!! I think this dorama will become my all time favorite^^

i just watched it OMG IT'S A MUST-WATCH i totally laughed myself silly.. love it!! Nagase Tomoya was brilliant! Edit: Does anyone have the TOKIO theme song?

I totally agree with everyone, first epi was just full of crack XD. I might give the Korean movie a try, but I'm not a big fan of Korean movies/dramas since they are so sappy, but if it's half as hilarious as it's japanese counterpart, I must get it XD Usually the first episode always has high ratings, so we'll see how it really fairs in the second epi. _________________ .::My LJ::. <--Spreading the JE rabu <3
