Hate to be a pain, but would someone mind translating this part of an email from my neighbour? I understand most of it, but don't want to get anything wrong as it involves dates/times ...

In this case, 'eeto' sounds rudeness. Because 'eeto' means that Taro is thinking TARO'S schedule, NOT JIR ...
