I'm wondering how those guys can have a normal life and at least a love life because they're so busy all the time !!!!
It must be boring to be the girlfriend of one of them because they probably don't spend much time with them ... I don't see myself with a busy man like that ... I mean , if I can spend only 1 hour per day with my man , that's not worth it ! what do you think ?

Well, guess if the lady's really with a man like that, she'll have to get used to it and maybe her love for him will be enough to sustain her for the time they are not together?

Yeah it's really good to see Goro back doing movies and dramas. Really missed seeing him. He's quite a good actor. I just recently saw one of his very early dramas "Tokyo University Story" with Aseto Saka and it was really good. I think this drama was 1995? not sure, but he was really young playing a high school student who cannot concentrate on his school work because he's too busy thinking about girls. He was so cute and charming in this drama and really shows he has tons of potential in acting. Now I am watching Saimin and think this is even better and seeing him and Aseto Saka again, wow so many years, they both did not change much. And in this drama, you see a very sexy side of Goro and plus his character is somewhat haunting. I really like watching him.

me too. i watch Tokyo University. very cute drama. Goro look very young. Look like for real high school student. oh my. one of my favorite to see Goro like that.

Heh...surprisingly you like Tokyo daigaku monogatari. Won't recommend it to my friends if i want to 'promote' Goro.

Which show do you think that he acted best in? Or rahter, which show of his left the greatest impression?

i like only for superficial reason just to watch Goro because he look very cute. like the innocent look on his face. but when he cry, he not look good, need to cry to make look handsome. i like because Goro look very young and has nice body when see him with no shirt in the bed sleeping. very cute. and too bad in the end he just fail to get into Tokyo University and not try again the next year. make so sad. not fair. but that is just tv show right? for promote Goro, i not pick Tokyo University. most like pick Saimin because role is more challenge.

i also watch Goro in Yoisho no Otoko, show is funny and okay. i like see him here because he look nice. again, sorry, it is for superficial reason i watch this one too. just to see Goro because think he cute.

but for serious, for promote Goro, i pick Saimin.

I have watched Goro in other shows. But it is recently that I watched Tokyo University Story and I never watched it before. Thinking in terms of him at that time being young with not too much experience, is a pretty good beginning start. However, I feel like the crying scenes, he could have done better. His acting of course was not masterful, but he does exudes magnetism and is quite charismatic, which makes it hard not to watch him. He has that boyish charm that just makes girls heart melt and weak in the knees.

Oh, definitely not use Tokyo University Story to promot Goro. I agree with ainakaikun, to use Saimin. Even though I have only watched a little bit of Saimin so far, it is much much much better than Tokyo University Story.

hmm..I think he looks cute in Koino Katamichi Kippu with Esumi Makiko and also Renai Hensachi with Tokiwa Takako. I 'd also recommend to see his drama Kiken na Kankei with Norika Fujiwara..

Haha...i can't even say why i dislike Tokyo Uni Story now! It's been a long time since i watched it. Maybe can take it out again to watch the part where he was sleeping...

Agree that Saimin is a good show and Koi no katamichi kippu...he's very cute!

It's really good that he's getting more chances to act in a variety of roles.

Yeah, agree. Goro looks very cute in Renai Hensachi with Tokiwa Takako. They look very cute together.

In Renai Hensachi... His role as Natsume is so Goro... I find Natsume and Goro are alike in certain ways...

And Saimin(drama) is my fav drama of Goro's so far~~~ Saga sensei~~~ I love him in white!!

I had read somewhere on the Internet that Goro has a lot of girlfriends. Then when I was watching a SMAP concert, I told my aunt that and she said that would be no surprise because he has a face that many girls would be attracted to.

You know what happens to that kind of men when they're 50 years old ?

Goro-chan and Miho have starred a dorama together, titled Sommelier in 1998. Its a dorama abt wine expert and how Joh Satake(Goro) solve people's problem with wine. The dorama was adapted from a manga, so have the comical atmosphere. Miho is really cute in this drama!!!^.^ She is this cute, childish, rich, papa's daughter gal, who is very spoiled and selfish at first...but later, she is determined to be a sommelier too....so she become Goro's apprentice^^ Not much romance here, but there's sparks here and there between Joh and Miho's character...which makes the viewers wondering, "are they", "aren't they", type of blur-romance, ne^^

Apparently, Goro and Miho live in the same neighborhood, or at least, quite near each other. Starring the Sommelier drama, they want to learn more abt wine, so Goro and Miho frequently comes to a French restaurant near their neighborhood. And that's how its all started ^_^
Then, in 2000, there was a big gossip spread by the pers, that Goro and Miho are getting married, coz Miho is wearing a ring...but of course, denied by Miho.

I really like Miho Kanno!^^ As an actress coz of the excellent acting, and also her personality, cheerful, genki, kawaii, and she's always being herself in front of the camera(i mean, in variety shows^^), unlike some other actresses who always act elegant and calm on-camera.

Other than Miho, I cannot think of another woman that can stand and be patient enough to accompany Goro by his side forever xD they've been together for 5-6 years. Miho is also a celebrity, so she can understand very well, Goro's job's pressure. Miho also gets along with the other SMAP members very well....coz she's also the SataSma host with Shingo and Nakai^^

They've broken up once, but then Goro came apologized to Miho, proves he really do love her, deshou?? haha....so i hope, someday Miho can stop his 'playboy' manner totally!!^^
When Goro's sister give birth to her first baby 1-2 years ago, their parents keep pestering Goro to marry his 'long-time girlfriend'....but, aa~aaah....yappari, he's not ready yet nee...

Goro's best dorama gotta be Saimin, this is a great mystery suspense, almost on par with Sleeping Forest and Ice World!!^o^ Next is, Love Quotient....great love story with Takako Tokiwa!^_^ 3rd, i will recommend Yoisho no Otoko, he made a cute rabu-rabu couple with Akiko Yada, and this drama is really funny!!^.^

but heyy....M no Higeki looks interesting too, this drama reminds me of Yonimo Kimyou na Monogatari stories^^ have to wait to find out, whether it can surpass Saimin in my eyes or not.

Warai no Daigaku looks as funny as hell, too....i cant wait for my DVD to arrive!! but...aah...it is still in May...

Yes. Absolutely agree. Saimin is a challenging role and I think he did really well in that show and the movie. Love Quotient, he looks really cute with Takako Tokiwa (Takako Tokiwa also looked really cute with Nakai Masahiro in Saigo No Koi aka Last Love, aka Never Fall in Love Again). Yes. Also saw Yoisho no Otoko and he was really funny, always kissing up to the boss and supervisors so that he can get ahead in the office, but at the end the company closed and he ended up being his own boss setting up his own business. That was a nice happy ending. And looked cute too with Akiko Yada.

I have not seen M no Higeki or Warai no Daigaku. What are these shows about?

in 2004 SMAPxSMAP when guest was Cameron Diaz. Goro and Tsuyoshi both were very star struck. They could not take their eyes off of her. I think they were really more attracted to her fun, quirky, sweet personality than her looks, which if that was the case, then it would be great. But if they found her to be exotic and beautiful... then they really need to watch more American television and movies. If they had watched the classic television show Charlie's Angels which starred Jaclyn Smith, Farah Fawcett, Kate Jackson, and Cheryl Ladd, then they would think differently. If they watched Wonder Woman with Lynda Carter, then forget it, they would totally change their minds. But this is speaking on a superficial level. I think they were attracted to Cameron's personality which is wonderful.

yeah I do enjoy him as a singer he's my no. 2 favorite after Takuya in terms of Voice..hehehee.. I like his Singler "wonderful life" a lot!! It's a beautiful song and no wonder it went No. 1 in the Oricon Single Chart around two years ago or is it a year ago? hmm..

Btw, I LIKE "M No Higeki" so far..LoL. Seeing Kyoko Hasegawa went psycho nutty!!! and Goro looked all confused being stalked by her. They did a wonderful job.
