Translating roughly from what umi has copy pasted..(i could not be bothered to read through all the kanji...lol..lazy.. Since I'm not that good either).
It said roughly...V6 member Miyake ken will star in a movie called "Oyayubi Sagashi" (litteraly means "Searching for Thumb") based on a novel made by Yamada. Though he has experienced starring in movies but this is the first time he's starring in a movie independently. Miyake Ken is also a fan of Yamada's work. Miyake has began rehearsing for the movie as well.
The reason he was picked because he could represent the character that Yamada's imagined..Miyake's purity and expression which made a good impression on Yamada. Thus Miyake was very honoured to be appointed to star in the movie based on such famous novel. The filming was taken somewhere in Kanto Suburb and it will be released in the summer next year.
Anyway, to celebrate this I made a wallpaper of Ken our Greek God...I hope you like it girls

I tried reading the whole article but 1) there's too many kanji, 2) it's hard to read kanji and 3) I kept reading the kanji as a Chinese character instead of kanji.
Anyways, on my way back home today I kept trying to imagine how Ken-chan's movie is gonna be like. I can't help but imagine how he'll scream when he sees the ghost and run away. I mean if you look at the trend of Japanese horror movies, the leads are always female. Take for example The Ring, Dark Water and Junon. Is our Greek GOD the first male to be the star??

I'm really looking forward to seeing Ken's movie since I like horror movies too. I still haven't seen Junichi's "Tokyo Tower" movie since I don't particularly care for love stories and I haven't really heard any reviews on the movie yet. _________________

@sashimi: nah, it's not very big. It's actually very small and cramped, which made my fangirlism seem even larger than it really is.

Sounds like you had a really nice trip & now you're gonna be like me and have to slave at work and save money again!
I've been to the Johnny's shop in Harajuku and that shop is pretty small too. Not too much stuff in there, but I guess they make most of there money off of the photos & purikuras.
It takes me awhile to get up enough energy to watch love stories. I keep putting the shows off, but I eventually get around to watching some of them. It will probably be a little a while before I watch Tokyo Tower, but I'll see it eventually! _________________

Dang! About the translation no problem. I was actually reading it roughly and just forget about those KANJI..it was such a shock for me. I hate Kanji combi I end up just skim it through and read things that I was familiar with.. that was blood and sweat.
About Tokyo Tower..that got bad reviews from what I've heard. It was sort of boring. Save ur money Rin. I'm Junichi fan but I wouldn't want to waste my money for such a bad movie.

lol... As a Junichi fan who read the novel and saw the movie. I couldn't sit still to finish the entire movie... It IS boring. (though, u get to see Junichi's behind, again. lol ) I couldn't even tell, if the movie was just bad or I am tired from work.

I miss all the girls here. and Aka.. one of my law lecturer is very boring, I always fell asleep and can't concentrate.. that's really bad eh? but another one is very funny and cute.. not to say.. pervert too..lol. and there are like so many english classes.. everyday... and that's like 2-4 hours a day of English lesson.. and full with assignment! man... is this uni's life?
I befriend with this one girl who also loves Johnnys and she's a member in 6G, I was so surprised..haha. but it's really cool since we can talk about 'this' interest together, and there are people who call me 'weird' liking these japanese thingy, and buying the magazines

@ Meow, I think the movie is just bad so 'nuff said. Perhaps, the most interesting character might not be Okada but Matsujun..lol. It's not your fault that you fell asleep..the movie is just bad and Okada's butt could not save it either?

Well, to be honest I also slept on some of my classes back then..mostly during 'labour law'. It was so boring, held during afternoon after lunch can you imagine that. The lecturer kept on rambling like there's no tomorrow ...I really like to sleep during that class..lol..hahahaha
