yah they prob spent all their money on Aya..new wheelchair and hp....I love it that their first date is at an aquarium....hehe Haruto the animal-lover....considering that he and Aya talked about fishes in the bio lab, it's prob the right choice. "tabun" trust Haruto to add "tabun" but it's still a confession of love nonetheless....honestly I think it's very brave of Haruto to fall in love with Aya, considering he knows the pain of losing someone dear and the fact that one day the condition of Aya will deteriorate so badly, it's going to be hard to be by her side.....is that a little young to commit yourself?? I'm sure Haruto sometimes ask himself that too, but he can't bear to leave Aya alone

I have been watching Ichi since ep.01.. I never cried until watching ep08..
seriously. i was crying nonstop complete with slight mascara streaking..
hatayo.. suki desu.. nai.. dai suki desu..
i never knew he could act that good. seriously. i thought he was one of them run of the mill boy band mediocre actors. but after watching ep08... nice...
of course aya was great too.. you can feel her emotions..
gahhhh. the song!!! the song!!!
I'm sorry.. but I think.. like Sekachuu.. this is one drama I could not watch the second time around because i know i'm going to be bawling like a baby.. but sekachuu still tops my cry list.. i cried from ep.02 to the end...

i have to agree, Sekai no Chuushin de was more sad, depressing, and the love that seku and aki shared was deep...
But i really like Ichi Rittoru, it is just so sad.

I hated that song in the first episode, but this song really grew on me after a few episode, and it was just perfect for ep8, with the snow falling. Such a touching moment

darn. this season was filled with good dramas, ne?

the one seku to aki song....that one is a breath taker...so sad and dramatic, but so so good. I have it d/l'ed on my comp.
"konayuki" is Aya& haruto's snow"byebye" song.
i've listen to Konayuki before i watch Ichi. Don't like it at 1st, but after watching the drama the song kinda grows on you. Really wanna know the meaning.

huhuhuhu.. "byebye..." that's one of the greatest non-cheesy scenes ever!
i kept repeating that scene (+Asoukun retaliates towards his classmates = RYO, Sugoi!) & the impromptu choir scene.
i love episode 8!
Ryo's really good ne... maybe after a couple more dramas he'll be great
can't wait for episode 9, now i've read sasse-chan summary
thanks SASSE!!!

yeah, i really like episode 8, and how Ryo stood up against his classmates and teacher in Aya's defense. He spoke the honest truth for Aya. and then how they ran out and met up with Aya and sang that choir song, brought some tears to my eyes as i watched it. It was like a tribute to aya. But initially it was sad how they spoke about aya and how draining it was to have her and to help her, and how it affected the other students. They were thinking of the school and not of aya. I mean it has to be hard for everyone, but most of all, Aya-chan in the drama. I thought it was a sad scene to have aya over hear all that discusssion, behind her back, but so good to have Ryo just talk back like that in her defense. With all the previews, for episode 9, it has us all wanting more.

littlemissfab, I'm the same as u...before the drama, what little I knew of Ryo was that he was in News and Kanjani 8....but after seeing ep 8, I'm really impressed by him.....he sure didn't lose out to Aya in the crying part....there's just something about seeing a guy cry....I fall in love with "Konayuki" the first time it was played in Ep 1, at the bicycle stand in the rain...now whenever I hear it, I know it's Haruto & Aya time...
Btw was anyone touched when

Ako told Aya to wait for her because "if" she got into the same school, she would be able to help her with getting around the school and changing of classes.....I thought it was so sweet that Ako who wasn't very good in her studies was willing to say that (no wonder she wanted to do her homework).....at first I thought she was going to say something not very nice because she stopped halfway the first time.... but I was very touched when she said that......and funny how she kept emphasizing on the word "IF"...
and welcome mana-chan post often & enjoy yourself!!
oh yah if anyone want that the 3 Gatsu 9 Ka pv, u can download it here

yupyup Ash.. it's like.. even if you're across the room back behind the tv.. the moment the intro for konayuki plays.. i instantly know that it's a scene with Aya and Haruto.. it's like Pavlov's dog only only on a Jdorama level..

just wondering are there any episode 5 - 8 (hardsubbed version) megauplaod links or permant link (non-YSI) floating around in here?
this drama is good! i diddn't cry on Episode 08 thought. so far the only part i cry in this episodes whas when Ako found out that Hiro was embarrased by his Aya when his soccer mates made fun of how she walk and stufa and Ako went to Hiro why are you embarrased that Aya is your sis (sorry forgot exactly but something like that) and that hte dad/mom was there also everything was so intense and how ako went to get the shirt that Aya sewed to show him and he started crying and yeh i dink everyone did almost forgot......yeh that part made my cry...
it was nice for Ryo to stepped up to speak for Aya ...in episode 08...
