Random Fact so it's not off topic: The fastest served ball in tennis was clocked at 154 miles an hour in 1963.

According to the Guiness book of records:

"The fastest service ever measured was one of 163.6 mph by William Tatem Tilden (1893-1953) (US) in 1931.

Good thing that you know how to limit your download in your torrent. As for me, I can't limit my download rate (or maybe I just haven't figure out how to limit it Bonk ) in my bt client. I'm using BitTornado and I can just limit the upload rate, which I don't do because I want to seed too Mr Green .

When BT slows your internet speed, it's almost always because you have an asymmetric connection (cable, DSL) and the upload speed has been maxed out. If you cap your upload speed to about 80% of your total upload bandwidth, your download speed should not be noticably affected.

Of course. Everyone complains about their kids. Though Harriet doesnt have any. Apparently they called her Harry for the first 100 years.

The worlds fisherys are being cleaned out. Recent studies on prices of popular seafood shows that as species become more and more rare, the prices go up and are replaced by similar species. By studying menus ranging from the 1880's to present day, adjusting for inflation, researchers have shown as prices increase the wild population decrease.

For example, as abalone become popular in the 1920's, an abalone steak cost $7, today a similar steak costs over $70.
In the 1880's, 300lb Halibut were common in commercial fisheries. Now, commerical fisherman have begun to fish for juvenile halibut rarely breaking the 100lb barrier.

Basically, we are fishing through the entire food chain.

Why does fatty food taste better, and non-fat food taste so bland?

because researchers have discovered that rat tongues have taste buds dedicated soley for fat (rat tongues are very similar to humans). If this is true in humans as well, then "fat" would added to the current list of tastes (salty, sweet, savory, etc)

You can't keep turkeys outside in the rain because tukeys will stand stilland gawk at the sky with their beaks open, trying to find out where the rain is coming from and will eventually drown themselves if left like that.
