Foreign names are usually written in katakana, and not kanji. The katakana name would be: アニシャ (a-ni-sya).

i feel questions like this should be aimed at chinese people as they will use nice kanji to spell names. in japan katakana is used for foreign words and names. just an opinion.

My Chinese name is 君(Kwan). I JP, however, I always have my names in whatever forms I'm filling out, it is クワン。 _________________

that's an interesting point. i guess a chinese name in kanji when read out in japan won't be the same.
