Just about okay. Will try rid myself of cholesterol from last night's dinner at Applebees. I swear that place can't serve anything that wont be harmful to your health.

I had the Shrimp and Parmesan Sirloin. Came with mashed potaters (yes, potaters), cheese and spinach dip for the nachos, garlic bread (drenched in butter from what I can see).. then on top of the shrimp was loads and loads of cheese.. then the sirloin was oozing oils.. they tried to redeem the nutritional value of the meal by sprinkling it with half a cup of steamed (i can only assume since i didn't touch it at all.. but i might be wrong and it might be buttered bleh) brocolli..

as to why i ordered that. the person i was with last night has just had bad news that he has like cholesterol levels have skyrocketed and the nutritionist said, if he doesn't watch his diet, he's going to be on medication for the rest of his life. i ordered it just to piss him off knowing how he's trying hard to stay away from red meat.. or anything fatty.

i gave him a 1 x 1 slice of the sirloin cause i felt sorry for him. Smile
