Yea, sucks to see the cool character Shun played dieing.
Then again, I guess it plays in that Shun's playing a cool looking guy who is strong and wants to protect the girl he likes/love. He probably got more girl fans after this

hmmm...i really liked him in hana yori dango...he was just so...so cool. like the quiet and cool type. and he looked really good in it too. at the beginning of the series i fell in love with hanazawa rui...but later on i started rooting for other characters XD. but yeah, i thought he did a good job.

No no! You are wrong! In Summer Snow he wasn't retarded, he only didn't hear well. That's why he spoke like that. He was just handicapped, but not retarded.


I liked him very in GTO but I saw him first in Gokusen. He was so cool as Uchi. And in HYD... he stole my heart.

heys mii_!! yeaY welcome! It's always nice to hear from a new Shun fan. arcticbleue desu .. yoroshiku! Anyway about WATERS .. there isn't much reviews on it, so the storyline's basicly about a host club and the lives of the hosts living in it. Oguri Shun plays a host in WATERS. I don't think it's out for download yet. I've been searching for it myself too!! Anyone who has it, please share!!

I loved Shun in HYD too! I think most of us do! Btw it's confirmed that there will be HYD2 and a HYD movie. However the cast for both part 2 and the movies has not been decided yet. HYD2 and the HYD the movie are set to be out early 2007. Summer Snow is nice ... although there's not much of Shun in it ... it's one of my favorite j-doramas.

Totally love his braides in Gokusen, his weird and funny gesture in Stand Up, his cool and long fingers in Densha Otoko, his superb acting skills in Emergency Room 3 and Summer Snow. My, my... GOD must have spent a little more time on him.. haha. HYD... ah~ just thinking about it makes me wanna faint. Kakkoi!

The first time I saw Oguri Shun was in a photoshoot with Tsukamoto Takashi, which I thought "So is this Shun? I thought he was prettier... " And some time after that I saw this AWESOME picture in the internet:

Then I started searching who the guy was and for my surprise it was HIM! xD So after that I think the first drama I saw with Shun was actually Densha Otoko. I was like "OMG IT'S HIM!!! " And then I wanted to watch more and more and more dramas with him and stumbled across Hana Yori Dango! Huhuhuhu now THEN I started worshiping him!!

Ah~ He's the best!

yup when i saw shun on densha otoko i started fangirling completely...he looked so cool even though he didn't say much.

and yes..completely agree with andro...shun was too cute in gto! he's grown up so much since then...comparing noboru to hanazawa rui. (lol why do i talk as if i'm older than him?) but yeah...he got so tall too.
