Ganbarre yo, Kou!!! Victory! Peace! But, like you said, I don't know if will do much good on this review, but it may help when you get your next review. How often do they give reviews? Quarterly, semi-annual, or annual?

Thanks! Unfortunately, they only give reviews annually. So pretty much, this review cost me money ;__;

Management gets smarter every day! Bang Head They asked for volunteers for a new project: calling very upset customers and working with them. Surprisingly, no one volunteered. I suggested instead we ask for volunteers to see who wants a red hot poker stuck in their eye Crazy

Update on my rebuttal. It went...pretty much...crappy. I went to the semi-big-boss and presented my letter and etc. The reviews were already signed off on and were @ HR. Pretty much once the review is done, you don't have a chance for changes. There were excuses made in 'attempt to interpret' why my supervisor MAY HAVE commented such-and-such for separate sections. She told me to go to him for detailed explanations, but that nothing would change. Just so I "can know". She acknowledged that some parts should not have been surprises b/c I should have been given my numbers monthly, which I wasn't. But, she gave me back the letter and review and told me to go to my supervisor for a detailed explanation. I don't know if I'm gonna bother.

My thing is, whatever parts I was weak on I should have been corrected months ago so I could improve before a review that cost me money. Now I have to wait another year for a raise. If I'm not going above and beyond for my job, I feel I should have been told "Hey, you can do more....here are some suggestions". If my numbers are low or I'm making mistakes, TELL ME!

I totally just snapped at the IT Manager. She's an idiot anyways.

Her and the Jr programmers were playing that ANNOYING high pitched mosquito ring tone (that seems to be popular among kids) OVER AND OVER.

So i shouted over the cube wall to knock it off. They both laugh, So i told them that it hurts my ears and I told her that as an adult she shouldn't be encouraging this type of behavior no matter what her title or position is.

It's tuesday and this week already sucks.

You should be thankful that your young ears could still hear it. I'm at the point where I can barely hear it. Sweat Then again, maybe that's for the better.

So here I can get rid of some work related... things... Grumble

I hate my work... Today I found out that I have to work on sunday for 10 hours... Without a break!!!! And this work isn't paid well either... Bang Head Give me more money when you want me to endure this!!! Grumble
I really hate it... And my boss is acting as if this is the most usual thing in the world... Bang Head

The customers can be quite evil too... On saturday a woman came... she got everything she wanted, except of some... whipped cream. Then she just left some money for that... not thinking that all the other things cost some money too... Bang Head
I was so angry about her. Does she think she is a better person, because she doesn't have to work till late at night and be a stupid slave for stupid people like her...? I don't really get some people...

Also... I've got a nice colleague... who's always ordering me around... and never doing something. When I'm really busy, and she is supposed to help me, she is just somewhere else... doing something... then she suddenly appears, tells me to do something and is gone right after that... 5 mnutes later she is back again, asking me if I have done what she asked me to do... Bang Head
I wasn't able to move an inch, because I had a ton of customers... She is blind and stupid!!! When she isn't helping, then she could do all that stuf herself too!!!!
This makes me so angry... >.<

Next week... I'll tell my boss that I don't have time... I have to learn for exams now anyways... *nod*

It feels great to get rid of this... hahahaha... ^^ Victory! Peace!

I got a little aggravated at one of the managers today, I was on a call with a customer for what he thought was an "excessive" amount of time. He asked me if I needed any help and I said, "The only thing you know about DSL is, you can't fix it!" Beat You

Just heard from the IT VP, we're getting 3 new dual proc workstations in a few days...

yay, i get to move all my garbage to another workstation and set up all my shortcuts and stuff all over again. I wish we had macs here, the migration would be so much easier.

It appears we have trouble in paradise. Our 2nd level manager got promoted, her last day was last Friday. We have about 4 first level managers that have all been here at least 5 or 6 years, and 2 new 1st level managers that just started June 1st. So, , , turns out one of the new managers is getting promoted to take over as 2nd level. Today none of the 4 "old" first level managers showed up, they all called out sick. w00t!
