That's a logical, well thought repsonse and I concede there are variables that the public is just not privy to given the private nature of the matter. It's hard to know for sure, obviously, as we both agreed, that's why speculation on the matter often obscures the truth.

Not that you are saying this, but I won't go so far as to say she's lying it's just Japanese celebrities have such tightly controlled images, highly cultivated images...it's been proven over and over again in the "geinoukai" (Japanese entertainment industry). Often times these images are highly prized commodities that are closely watched...The example I gave with Ryoko Hirosue is relevant in that she was always marketed and promoted as a really sweet, innocent type yet it was revealed she liked to party and what not...and when she announced her suprising pregnancy it had a detrimental affect on her career....b/c it didn't "fit" with this image....I mean come on she got pregnant it wasn't like she killed somebody...

They're just playing cards, so I think the images of aya would be quite limited. Anyway, hope you have a successful bidding.

@boris, in fact I quite agree with your view on Hitonatsu. Though the cast plays very well, the plot (or even the approach of the drama) is not so attractive to me (of course, different people have different tastes). Anyway, it's worthy to take a look at least on how well the cast plays.

edit: more importantly why does it matter? if she slept with the guy would you all of the sudden stop liking her?
just like when they made this big ass deal when kimura takuya got married....i mean what all these women out there think he's a virgin and he's never going to get married despite him being one of the most popular male celebrities in Japan...same applies for Aya...ppl are only human.
