yeah, I was a little pissed about the ref's overrule. Switz 2nd goal was CLEARLY an offside Grumble the damn flag was up!

very true...but Korea wouldn't have advanced anyway....even if they scored a goal after that and made it 1 to 1....because france won over togo by 2 goals korea would still have been knocked out..

I'm actually surprised we managed to advance to the next round. But, no matter what, France'll get crushed hard by Spain... Spain's attack (Torres & Fabrega) has nothing in common with Togo's attack, they'll suffer for sure.

I'm just sad for S. Korea. See you in 4 years!

that was a battle!

that winning goal by maxi rodriguez played it off his chest ... that's my favorite goal of the entire tournament so far.

Sweden totally sucked today, funny thing was they playeed better with 10 players on the pitch.

Ah, the Argentina vs Mexico match was the most enjoyable one so far. sad to see Mexico go out like this they played really well - argentina looked kinda shapeless till Messi came in, it was an amazing goal.

So we get Germany vs Argentina, I think the germans will win.

yay. superb goal. another goal i like is the one joe cole scored against sweden. amazing.

but i didnt see argentina's first goal yet. gotta find it in youtube or somewhere.
