Now that I think about it, Ueda does act like Gackt. It never dawned on me why he always acts so aloof and mysterious. I thought it was because he felt uncomfortable with his place in the group, or it could be just the way he is. But then yes, he admires Gackt. I saw a flashback in Shounen Club where he dyed his hair blonde, and he mentioned that before he got into KT he always wanted to do rock music. I also read somewhere that he's learning English and French at the moment (just like Gackt). This might explain why KT has a French-titled track called Le Ciel.

they write songs. well, except junno, i think. lol
anyway, what i remember reading was the opposite. jinjin was saying that when they wrote the song "butterfly" together, ueda wasn't credited much. since they ended up adapting most of jinjin's ideas. so jinjin said that next time that they write another one, he's gonna hold back a little, so it's gonna be ueda's turn. lol
then of course kokikoki has written lots esp. his rap parts, then there's maru and kokikoki's collab "one one one", then kame with "kizuna" and "special happiness".
