I still think the shipping cost is built into the price. For example, cdjapan sells the MM 2007 calendar for $19.61 (shipping not including)
At yesasia it's $29.03 (with free shipping)
That's like $10 for 1.25 pounds in shipping costs.
Here's another example, that 7.5 Fuyu Fuyu I pre-ordered from YesAsia was $27. At CDJapan it's $22. Weight is 120g. Kind of proportional.
Same is true with the 12/27 release of the Aki Odore Morning Curry DVD.

you have a good point there....it is sorta an exchange, of higher prices with yesasia, and higher shipping costs with the others
