hmm...my choice would be the ending from Kamisama, mou sukoshi dake..

it was illustrated beautifully..all of it has its own meaning..both the protagonists searching for each other, one at the desert, one in the sea..so deep..(if ya know what i mean..)

the song 'I for U' is also haunting!

My choice would be "Love Revolution"
I like the part where Esumi Makiko always start with a little story which will later related to the chapter.

my fav - Long Vacation - both opening and ending. Minami (Tomoko Yamaguichi) was hilarious in the wedding costume and headgear .. the entire opng scene how both Minami and senna met was just so funny -- THIS was how i got hooked on J-drama and Takuya Kimura!!

Pity that Tomoko has 'retired'. I really hope that both Tomoko and Takuya would reunite for Long Vac 2, if this part 2 gets off the ground.

I think Kamisama Mou Sukoshi Dake had a good opening. It's somber and sets the tone for the show and "I For You" is a great song.

"Home and Away" is a really new series but I love the ending sequence of that with that suitcase all over the place.

i liked hero's opening and closing as well. it reminded me of some old stuff, very nicely done. a wonderful production, great evocative tone and much heart.

the opening for tokyo cinderella ranks as one of my favourites. the opening voiceover by the heroine about her dreams and hopes in coming to toyko from her small fishing village hometown ... always gives me a very gengki feeling to hear her happy gentle voice Smile

Howdy,
A question from a slightly different perspective:

Which Dorama(s) Do You Think Had The Best Ending?

Note that this means it can be a happy, sad, or otherwise finish to a story.

Thanks,
PCM

I liked Long Vacations' ending. It really sticks out in my mind, and it is so typical of Tomoko's character.

Boku-dake no Madonna
Shin Hoshi no Kinka
Kono Yo no Hate

The only endings I've seen that are very satisfactory.

I liked the ending's to Love generation, and Long Vacation. I did not like the ending to Hero great series but it really left me hanging.
