I don't think OSTs are released so soon after it starts, but if you listen, the Hana Yori Dango 2 soundtrack sounds just like the first one. I don't think (in the 3 episodes I've seen) that there's any new music except the openings. I remember a link to the Hana Yori Dango 1 soundtrack a few pages back if you're interested.
