The more I realize that.......
1) it gets harder to achieve gains in training
2) i don't handle my alcohol as well as i used to
3) i realize that my ass has started to 'drop'
4) my hair doesn't grow out as fast
5) i feel as though the days fly by
6) i find myself constantly working
7) i'm married
8) my marriage is headed for turmoil
9) i don't care that my marriage is headed in that direction
10) i am a sexy bitch and the number of 'girlfriends' i have proves it.
all aside from point number 10, i'd say that i'm having a mid life crisis. which means i'll probably die at 50.

Also studying becomes harder. Started (self)learning Japanese half a year ago and I'm still on lesson 4 out of 15  .

I have the same problem - things take longer to stick in my mind. What course are you doing?
