Love Generation and Summer Snow. The ending to Summer Snow surprised me so much, I just had to see others!

My favorite is Summer Snow .. The songs by Sissel is very touching , not to mention the whole story plot .. And KinKi's Song : Natsu No Ousama -->GREAT Gakkou No Sensei (school teacher) is great too cast by Tsuyoshi Domoto (KinKi Kids) .. Quite Funny drama ..

My first dip into Japanese dramas would be way back when during the first season of Wataru Seken wa Oni Bakari 1 (Making it Through). now, with that being said, if anybody knows anyone with a decent copy of this that's willing to trade ... please IM me ... that drama is my holy grail. gotta love the satsuki/hisako (not even in the show anymore) feud. waaaay better than satsuki/seiko (not even close) and satsuki/kuniko.

Hi First post here Acutally my history of watching japanese drama went way back but drama that got me hook on is most likely to be show by Domoto Tsuyoshi (To heart ... ano jidai) Feel that he is truly a very talented actor..

The first drama that got me hooked was Beautiful Life... it was so touching... i almost wanted to cry... but anways i loved the entire story line and the characters. Once i watched the first episode i was hooked.

I am such a newbie and behind, the first drama for me was Summer Scent aka Scent of Summer (damn, I love Son Ye Jin..), but it's a KDrama and the same one which got me hooked. But for JDrama, I'd have to say GTO my from small collection of dramas and experience..

GTO its soo funny i got upset at the movie though.. its not the same cast as the series and the actors are not as good as the people in the series.

Earliest J-dramas I watched and enjoyed was Aishiatteru kai and 101 kaime no puropozu. Beachboys was the 1st drama that got me hooked and started collecting J-drama VCD/DVDs. Followed by GTO (I was already a GTO comic reader then). The drama was a compressed verion of the comic. Why isnt there a GTO Part 2?????

i dun think so.. i think cuz they heard from their friends that it was good... and they told other friends and they told their friends.. and it just spread like the pluage! .. but still it is a very good drama.... although i'm not to sure about its #1 spot on the jdrama top 50... i mean its GOOD... but number 1? ... ahh.. well...
