yeah, itz really sickening, the way the media r writing things, well, i understand it had always been that way, but this has gone way way too far

I have to doubt the article because I doubt someone in his caliber of stardom would say anything bad about an actress especially during a time they are still doing the drama. If any major actor would do this, there would be some major media or PR backlash and I haven't seen that happening regarding this situation. [example: Hama-chan of Downtown calling Kuraki Mai a copycat Utada Hikaru].

The only PRIDE related story that I heard of late was Kimura Takuya hitting a puck and it went wild and accidentally hit a woman and knocking off a few of her teeth.

Something very similar to this happened during the filming of Takuya's other drama, "Sora Kara Furu Ichioku No Hoshi." Takuya complained that Igawa Haruka was a bad actress and she wasn't good enough to play his counterpart. I don't know if there's any truth to the Takeuchi Yuko comment, but supposedly the thing about Haruka was true. I don't see why he would complain about Yuko though...she's doing a pretty good job.

hehe Kimura Takuya is a perfectionist what can you expect. I hear he hates people who are not punctial also.

From what I read and hear, Takuya seems to be a really friendly, chatty, open and generally nice person to be with...

Seems a little out of his character if he did say those things....

The compilation album of Queen's album that was out recently entitled "Queen Jewels" did not have every song that was played in "Pride". Some examples of the songs that are not in the album but it's played in the dorama are "headlong", "Somebody to love" and "Dear Friends".

Here's the picture of "Pride" OST that starts selling in Japan today... And the OST consists of music mostly...

Queen - Jewels cd is a big hit here in Tokyo. If you walk in to Tower Records anywhere it's the main display. I've even heard it being played at gas stations

Yeah, just judging by his acting style, I agree that he can possibly have an egotistical personality.

I like his acting and his dramas, but in far too many of them, it's just about him laying back, being a bit cold and have the main character and/or supporting cast females flock to him. Just by those types of roles alone I can see why he might criticize some of the females in Pride.

sad to hear, but likely to be true. i think some of you takuya fans are falling into the common misconception of "good looking = nice."

i read that he was thrown out of WKW's 2046 because he was too hard to work with. and then realised how WKW's movies are then went back.
