UPCAT passer, It's my second degree already I took up Sped for my first one in UP also. Yes, I really hope so. I was really disappointed when they canceled it for only the third time after so many years..and it was my first as a fine arts student. They tried consoling us by having the parade during the fair but most of the lanterns were not in their best condition already. Besides, the lanterns from the other colleges were not included.
Haaahh! Darn admin... i really hope they don't screw up the next one coz it's a big blow to the whole UP community.

Actually, I'd pass on the chrome as well... If they're nice rims, silver is just fine.
