It's around a second out if sync but you can watch it without problems, maybe later we'll get a better version.
I think the pv suits the song perfectly: strange, new sound, colors, powerful... the video gave me the impression of music as that SEVENTH HEAVEN which is under your feet, because they are dancing in a room with girls wearing like speakers, all refers to the music in my point of view.

About the new single coming, MY HEART DRAWS A DREAM , it's exciting! So many news these days. It's only a few seconds but it sounds alike to SHINE... maybe less electronic effects but I don't want to give my opinion without the complete song.

Hehe, thanks for the posting the new PV. In the end I liked it a lot more than the little preview of it led me to believe I would.

It's an upbeat and happy song so the video definitely matches well. A little too much dancing for my tastes, but it was insane dancing with costumes like only the Japanese can, which made me enjoy it.

Hopefully another version comes around with better syncing, but it's still a good watch.

Ohh the seventh heaven pv was really sugoi! The dancing was so kawaii, haha! Not too crazy about the color overload and those plaster guys though. Thanks for uploading...can't wait to hear my heart draws a dream.

By the way, I just finished watching hana yori dango season 1. I just couldn't help noticing that oguri shun (hanazawa rui) has a close resemblance to yukki...so cool, haha!

My friend made me L'Arc~en~Cookies for my birthday today! They're so cute!

Seventh Heaven PV reminds me of Mr.Chidren's FAKE PV in terms of the set and the faceless people dancing around. Can't say Im crazy about it, but I wish the next PV would be better than this one. And YAY to the new single !!

EDIT: Those cakes look adorable, shirokiryuu. If I were you, I won't have the heart to eat them.

Downloaded the .avi file as well; the audio/video timing is spot on!!!

I've just seen the seventh heaven pv . . . hmmm (i'm quite speechless at first - the bright colors dancing in my head ) . . . But I guess it's okay (*deep breath*)

The set - without L'Arc-en-ciel - looks like a pv for a (pls forgive me for saying this) pop artist . BUT, the pv is weird, in a good way - with all those strange dancers around them (especially the white chubby ones - they're quite disturbing).

I hope their next pv will be better
