Quite overrated but still amusing and enjoyable.
The manga and anime both are better since they retain the wilder side of Onizuka's antics.

i think that this drama just states the fact that nobody is perfect, people have good qualities and have bad ones too. did you really watch the drama? all 12 episodes? the special and the movie? i think if you did you won't judge him by those words. sorry, i just think you assumed all the stuff you said after watching 1 or 2 episodes or worse just read a review about it.

i LOVE this drama/anime/manga!

i watched the anime first before the drama so its only natural for me to like the anime MORE than the drama... and i also tend to compare the live drama from the anime... just like any other fanatic would... but i like em both. i just started watching the live action coz they started showing it on a local channel here in my country... although i was sort of annoyed coz they CUT so many scenes that you'd get lost in the middle of the show if u haven't seen the anime or anything. so now im currently searching for it online and watch it there instead...

oguri shun playing my fave character noboru yoshikawa is like the best thing about this...

I believe those are the names of the characters not the actresses...If you're asking the actress who played the lead roles....nanako matsushima played the role of Fuyutski Asuza and for rika yamaguchi...it's nana katase if i'm not mistaken and kirari who sang the ending song for the anime is mizuki nanako. some other girls in the special are asami reina and yuka masuda. In the movie its norika fujiwara who played the reporter.

So sorry I missed the movie. I would have loved to sit in an audience of cheering boys when the "great" teacher watches his porn videos. The condom part, that's in ep 12, right? Or did you boys think it was a pack of Nutrasweet?

the drama and special is GREAT..

the movie is so boring, only watched it becoz of onichi and raku..

I love this series!!! chibi Oguri kawiii!!!!! also the guy playing Murai is hott....i looked him up but he doesnt look that good now

When I looked up the info on the guy that played Onizuka I would out he was married to the chick that playes Fuyuski (i cant remember how to spell her name ). I thought that was just soooo romantic....also I didnt know that she also played Domyoji's sister on HYD

the guy who played Onizuka is Takashi Sorimachi and the female teacher youre talking about is Ms. Fuyutsuki played by Nanako Matsushima. yeah in the shooting of GTO live action. these two had already dating. then finally decided to get married and they had 1 son (girl).

the reason why you guys didnt realize Nanako in HYD is that you guys are busy at the F4 guys and Mao. lol
