How did you like this one?

I managed to get through like 2 or 3 eps, but other series that came out the same time as this one was more appealing to me so i deleted Jodan Janai in order to have space on my computer Beaten Beaten

If you think its really worth watching, I'll re-dl this

ahhh i see

I'll just wait till you're done with it to see what you think.

To me, Kuitan 2 isn't as good as the first. Its just ok. 7/10 at most is what i'm giving it so far.

....except that......I have never seen Abe Hiroshi handle intimate scenes....not even a peck on the cheek ?

Well, he also has to have a role that would merit such a scene, ne?

Just finished watching the final episode. To be honest I felt relieved - not because of a nice ending but because I would not have to dread waiting and watching a new episode ever again.

This drama makes an interesting study - the cast is exceptional, and the premise of the story has great potential. How in hell, then, did it turn out so bland that not even Juri-sama can save it ? I am not sure who the culprit was - the scriptwriter for episode after episode of tepid humour, or the director who managed to drag this puppy to way below mediocrity ? Maybe I'll save myself the trouble of finding out and just nuke the TBS building.

I am still debating with myself whether to order the DVD-set when it becomes available. I have not flinched when I purchased "Kame wa Ogai to Hayaku Oyogu", or even "Warau Michael". This, however, need seriously thinking.

same here. I'm glad it's over.

I would have dropped this drama after 2 episodes if Ueno Juri wasn't in it.

More proof that star power can't overcome a poor story.

I haven't watched a single episode yet, but I still think Abe Hiroshi would've livened things up in Oda Yuji's role... Big Grin

Finally done editing all(?) the mistakes for Episode 1 subs.

And they're still a mess.

We should just order a napalm strike and start all over again. bleh

it's kinda sad because it was one of the most anticipated drama of the season Sweat

No pretty boys.

Seems like the story is only so-so, though, despite the star power.

To those who are picky, there's a better set of subs (though there are still grammatical and spelling errors) for this drama here: http://www.d-addicts.com/forum/viewtopic_47700_75.htm as opposed to the originals on page one of the Jodan Ja Nai thread at D-Addicts.... Victory! Peace!

Bad news: the person who's subtitling this drama is going on vacation and won't be back until the end of August...

So the subs for this drama are stalled at Episode 9. Sweat
