Yeah, I think it's what makes the show so popular. Even from the first episode, they warned people "not to take this drama seriously", because it's all crack. And it's all good.

I'd like to enumerate my favorites too, but seriously, all the cast contribute to this drama! From Horikittie's manly acting, to Nakatsu's hilarious acting, to I-See-Dead-People-Boy's quirks, to the dorm heads' unique qualities, to the fangirls who line up everyday outside Osaka Gakuen. If one is left out, it's not HNKE.

EP 5 was great

Ghost boy got more time and he made the most of it

Nakatsu and Tennouji were hilarious too

Everyone is making this show all the more hilarious

Oscar is so underrated. I feel sorry for that poor guy. It seems like everyone dislikes him except his own dorm.

I liked Episode 5. More screen time for Ghostie Boy (he deserves it ), scenes were hilarious as always, and Sano's really changing. Little by little, but changing.

I am loving this drama! but i have to say it was helped along in the begining by my massive crush on Shun, I was really quite worried after the first one to be honest, but I feel its progressing nicely now. and I am steadily falling in love with Nakatsu and Kayashima as well.

Anywho, i have a few questions about teh oosakaben that is used at least i think its osakaben, my japanese is shocking so it could just be that. When they sau sorry they use "owari" or something along those lines, and when they tell that girl komari to be quiet they say something really quickly and i can never catch exactly how it is said. could anyone help me out with these two grammar points?

Yes I know! It looks all amazing but then at last, they show him jump (or trip) off his cart. I liked his "magic tricks" too!

Hahha, that's funny.
He did sound a bit spanish when he spoke at times, but then again I guess is cause after all spanish and japanese pronunciation are almost identical, we even have the same identical AEIOU sounds hehe. All we have to work on when speaking in Japanese is making sure to keep it monotone in a sense, cause I for one tend to add a bit of accentuation in some words without noticing (which is what distinguishes the Spanish hehe).

Just finished watching episode 4.
All I can say is: I never laughed that much watching a TV series.
So of course I think it's great. The characters are really crazy, I can't really decide on which one I like most

I just watched ep 5 and it's pretty funny. And all them women in bikinis Great job directors!


I'll call that one guy NANPA from now on! (ep 5) Serves him right!

Episode 5 was great. Especially the grandma part. Mayuko shoulda been at the beach too though LOL.

This show keeps getting better and better. I'm laughing my ass off because some of the stars of the show not in the center spotlight (Namba, Kayashima aka "dead-spirits-guy", Mitsuomi aka Tennouji's beating pole) were all in Super Sentai shows in the last year (Namba & Kayashima were in Kamen Rider Kabuto, Mitsuomi in Boukenger). Watching them in such a different acting style is just awesome.

Episode 5 has got to be my favorite so far (with #4 coming REALLY close due to that whole mixer scene, which is my favorite of the show yet). Tennouji completely stole the show in this one, BABAY!! ().

Can't wait for the next one!
